Above and beyond!

Dani and Linda were excellent and lovely hosts. They were very helpful and super kind. Furthermore, I love how passionate they are! This was my second time at this beautiful hotel and they always go above and beyond. Also, we were communicating throughout the whole entire stay and they made sure that we, a family of 6, have a comfortable stay. It was a great and lovely experience and I would recommend Dani & Linda and their beautiful hotel to everyone!

Very authentic Swiss hotel owners were very engaged friendly and helpful the famous dog heidi is lovely The view from our room was exceptional They could improve by adding a toaster for breakfast even though traditionally the Swiss don’t toast bread I think the hotel was slightly over priced I’d rate the hotel as 3 star with a 5 star price tag but very friendly staff and owners it’s more like a bnb than a hotel

My daughter and I stayed at this property and were blown away at both the view and the hospitality. It's run by the nicest couple you can meet, who do everything themselves. Amazing customer service, includes a bus pass, offers great suggestions, kindest people (even the best dog there to pet, Heidi) and you can not beat the view from this place. 10/10 - check this place out!

The Wonderful Hotel Fassbind!

We had the opportunity to stay at the lovely Fassbind Hotel. Dani and Linda were the BEST hosts! We especially appreciated Dani and his enthusiasm and love for his country and culture. A vibrant and special experience.

Our stay was a delight. Our rooms were appropriately sized, clean, comfortable and the views were incredibly gorgeous. What stands out for me was Dani's exuberance, his smiles and sweet generosity. Dani and Linda cooked, cleaned, hosted with extra special kindness. The food was locally grown or made. A very lovely experience.

The coziest and loveliest hotel I have ever been to! It had a breathtaking mountain view and the hosts, Linda and Dani, were incredibly nice and accommodating. They’re very passionate about what they do and went out of their way to make sure every guest had the best experience possible. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Dani also offered specialty items for guests to taste, like unique cheeses and meats, which added a special touch. They also have the most adorable Bernese Mountain dog, who knows a few tricks—but only if you give her a treat, of course! The location was also very convenient, being just a short walk from the bus stop, making it easy to get to the Interlaken train station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this Hotel, run by Dani and Linda. Terrific hosts, Dani loves to help visitors get settled and decide where to go, what to do, where to eat, and tell all kinds of great stories about Switzerland. They prepare a lovely buffet breakfast but Dani loves to share "special" items including his 93 y.o grandmother's apple cake, beautiful cheeses of the area and wonderful stories about where and how the cheese is made. The room was comfortable and we chose a room with a lake view and couldn't have asked for a better spot. It rained all day one day, and in spite of the rain, we were able to do much in Interlaken. Dani and Linda's Bernese Heidi will high five you if you offer her a bit of cheese and Eric their beautiful kitty is super friendly too. The cows in the neighboring fields are out early in the morning and if your windows are open, you will hear their cowbells as they graze. Wonderful place to stay. Easy 15 minute drive or bus ride into Interlaken. Highly recommend!!!

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality as shown by Dani and Linda. Theyre hotel is so homely and full of character and the views are quite breathtaking. You are made to feel so genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive and you literally do arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. The breakfast was just delicious, something for everyone and all fresh local produce. Dani offers you an additional and quite delightful local delicacy each day , I had venison salami and an amazing cheese and he tells you with great pride and enthusiasm the story behind it. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely couple and Dani will happily offer you advice and answer any questions regarding your daily travel plans. To top it they have an adorable Bernese called Heidi. I just loved my stay and will definitely return and cant recommend a stay at the Fassbind enough

What a wonderful facility! We needed medical support, and the hotel owner was immediately able to call for help and even stood by us in the hospital. The staff is very supportive, and the facility is fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. It feels like our second home now.

Perfect Stay

From the second you checked in, to the last minute of your stay - this place is perfect! Absolutely gorgeous views, away from the crowds on Interlaken, but close enough to get there quickly. The hosts are amazing, hilarious and make you feel like you're staying with friends. Book it!!
