Fantastic boutique hotel. Service was amazing. All the girls were so helpful but huge thank you to Victoria. We stayed in room with a balcony and although the room was small we didn’t care as having a balcony with an incredible view was way more important to us. The hotel was very central. Close to both train stations and main walking and shopping area and right down the street was the best pizza. We brought it back to our room and sat on the balcony. I have nothing bad to say. Just an amazing hotel

The staff at this location, along with the food at the cafe, make it my best hotel stay in my 7 days in Switzerland! Small and right next to Old Town it's a perfect spot for a quiet stay. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. The soup and salad "snack" at 4 PM was one of the highlights of my trip, so delicious! The breakfast that is included has incredible scrambled eggs and yummy breads and jams. Small room but it was just me, so it was perfect. The only thing I noted was there were no cups in the bathroom, but it was quickly fixed. The view in the morning can not be beat! Highly recommend!

Not a pleasant stay

The floor is a bit sticky, breakfast has very limited choice, and it did not provide the slipper for room use. This brought very inconvenient to us as the floor is sticky and not comfortable to walk bare foot.

The property is in a perfect location, in walking distance to everything. The staff is responsive. The room is clean, and the common area. Breakfast buffet is good. Our room has the mountain and river view. That was a treat. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Interlaken.

We enjoyed our stay in Aarburg Hotel and Cafe. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious with a view of the Aare river. The breakfast buffet for guests is delicious. We also enjoyed coming to the cafe downstairs for lunch. The location is great . We are able to walk to the train station and also walk around Interlaken for shopping. We loved our stay and we will want to stay here again next time.

Hidden gem. Great little hotel. Staff very helpful and kind. Had 2 bedroom family suite which was perfect for us. Second bedroom on smaller side however we were very comfortable and had no issue with it. No elevator.

Owned and managed by a husband and wife. The hotel sits on top of a cafe (also owned and managed by this couple). The hotel Is old but clean. The hospitality is a bit chilly. Services are basic. It’s very very simple accommodations. The female owner appears to have a strong disdain for guests. Coffee was delicious.
