Breakfast was good. Staff is polite. Shower head was broken in the bathroom though somewhat usable. Light switch in room had no one/off switch other than turning off all power with room key or pulling circuit breaker for lights.
Great hotel. Close to town close to the wharf perfect place to stay. Will definitely stay here again

Very friendly staff!!! Good rooms convenient from most places. Good place to rest for a night or two on a road trip! We stayed for 4 nights and it was very accommodating!

We had a great stay here. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel has great amenities-- pool and fitness centre. Breakfasts at the restaurant were very convenient and include lovely views of the bay! The hotel is in walking distance of everything in Paihia and Waitangi and the beaches-- no need for the car!

The hotel is in a very good location near water, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms were good and clean, but staff was not very helpful and internet was difficult to log into and was limited to 30 minutes.
