Hotel is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good. Attentive wait staff. Centralised location to malls and ferry terminal. Special kudos to hotel staff, especially the room service team. The location was good but the hotel are employing trainees and as such the rooms are not cleaned and maintained to a good standard. I stayed there for 5 nights and every night I return my room something is missing such as bathroom mats. Do they expect me to come at 1am in the morning and call reception to say these are missing. The staff at reception were great Alejandro at the concierge was great.
