Our check in time by was delayed by an hour because of a faulty aircon. Offered us only a twin bed arrangement for my husband and I instead of another room with a queen bed. In such scenarios, i thought a free room upgrade would be suitable instead of pushing back our check in time. The ameneties like the swimming pool and gym were very run down. Super old and rusty machines and swimming pool was not well maintained too. Breakfast selection could be better too. Every morning had the same food stations. No changes to the lineup.

I love the tranquility of the vicinity. It was relaxing. I love that it is near to the nature reserve too. The hotel provides shuttle services to the popular malls as well as the nature reserve.

Amazing stay

Always a great stay in Wyndham Panbil, whose name was Best Western. My family always stay in the hotel for few days every year. The lake view from hotel room or swimming pool offer a great view which makes it suitable place for healing. Top recommendation.

Hotel was up to standard of a 5-star hotel. Great service from the hotel staff, they were all very friendly and nice. Room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast is okay but nothing special. Only downside would be the hotel’s location which is quite far from the city and the shuttle service requires booking in advance. Would highly recommend hiring a private driver if staying here.

I love the tranquil environment. Peace and quiet. Beautiful scenery of lake just looking out of my room window. The restaurants are excelent both in service and quality of food. The br3akfast was excellent. First time I experienced Teppanyaki Steak cooked in front of me for breakfast in hotel. Highly recommended. Will come again.
