The room was in ok condition - cleaners are honestly doing a great job , however , no hand or body lotion ! Two people stayed and only one toothbrush ? Strange , but ok. Room seemed cold at 21 degrees , no option on putting this higher.Half of sockets didnt work and lamps near tv side had no light bulbs :) I am a member at hotels.com and expedia and website shows clear benefits on stay that hotel is not aware of , team seems unfriendly and unprofessional! If weather wont be great - renting an umbrella seems to be impossible. Staff dont know the area at all - unable to order taxi or suggest restaurant! Offered a free drink but impossible to order one because bartender was busy with other things ! Wont come back and wont suggest for others

Above all, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of basic service and communication during our stay. When we requested new towels, we were informed that no housekeeping staff were on site and were asked to wait 30 minutes. This was inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel stay. In addition, there was no wine opener provided in the room. When we contacted the front desk, we were told to purchase one ourselves at a nearby 7-Eleven. The following day, when we asked to borrow a wine opener from the bar, we were told to bring our bottle to the bar for opening instead. These responses were unhelpful and reflected a clear lack of guest-oriented service. Furthermore, I had VIP access through Hotels.com, which included benefits such as a complimentary beverage. However, these VIP benefits were never mentioned or explained at check-in or at any point during our stay. As a result, we were unable to use benefits that we were clearly entitled to. Taken together, these issues significantly impacted our experience and did not meet the standards we expect from a property listed on Hotels.com, especially considering the advertised VIP benefits. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation or resolution be considered.

We had a wonderful stay at The Corner Hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly. Our room was beautiful, well appointed, extremely comfortable. We stayed in a superior room with great views. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Area is very upscale, with most sights within walking distance. Loved our stay and will repeat later in the year upon our return to Barcelona.

The hotel was very welcoming with a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were very helpful. The sweets on an afternoon were a lovely touch. Location was great with some fabulous eateries near by. The tacos were possibly the best we’ve had.
