Cleanliness. The card instructions given for basic info for getting service is in very small print and cannot read so I have to always go out to the front desk. Shower handle hard to open even front desk Staff doesn’t know how to make it work. Overall they are helpful
Great hotel. Location is good if you have a car, lots of street parking available. Good coffee, great gym and sauna. Fruit water at desk is a nice touch!
We stayed here 1 night for an layover. Very nice Hotel, although far away from Airport (approx. 30 Euro one way). Desk lady gave us a great recommendation for dinner in walking distance. Fabuloso!
This hotel is right off the turnpike + travelers will have to deal with constant drone of automobiles all night. It is a good location for someone who wants to drive in and out of Barcelona for a quick one-night stay. It is not a good place for someone who wants to explore Barcelona without a car. The Orbitz ad said it was close to the metro and airport. Not true. It took me over an hour to walk to the hotel and it was not easy to find. the bus connection from the metro stop was just as long. It took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes for me to get to the airport with public transport. The jacuzzi was not working for the duration of my 4-day stay The location of the hotel (on the outskirts) is in a drab neighborhood with no sights to see.
