Dirty room, bedsheets had stains, bathroom wasn’t clean. Mattress was very stifff and the list just goes on.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the convention center area in Barcelona. My favorite part of the hotel is the view of the plaza and the main part of Barcelona in the background. The hotel room was nice with rain shower, large spacious areas, and auto-screens for the bathroom and windows. The lights can be adjusted at bedside which is a perk but the settings were a bit weird and delayed. Just be patient with the lights. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are attending a convention or want to be near the airport. We utilized the airport shuttle which was very prompt taking around 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. There are two metro stations nearby the Europa/Fira and Fira which will get you into the main city area. Though the room was modern looking some small details were overlooked. The ceiling in the bathroom had some dark stains and they should spend some time clearing the drains as they stunk up the room if you left them open. The gym though large was missing the majority of their free weights and didn't have much to choose from.

Upscale hotel. Very nice. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to transportation. Rooms are quiet

Nice hotel, modern room design. However, I didn't enjoy my stay because the air conditioning in my room didn't work at all.It was really hot-between 27-29 Celsius and it was very hard to sleep in that heat. Even opening the windows didn't help-it was hot outside too. I asked to change the room but they told me that the hotel was full-not sure if that was true. So room maintenance wasn't good and that spoiled my stay as it was too hot in the room. Also, there was no fridge in the room, just a cooler. So you can't really store grocery items in that cooler. On the positive side the hotel location is very convenient-close to metro and a big mall with shopping and huge supermarket.

Very clean modern hotel. Free shuttle to and from Plaza Espanya which is very convenient. Complimentary shuttle service to the BCN airport but have to make reservation a day before flight.

My room was very clean, front desk was friendly. Arrived late from flight, great place to stay.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. We were able to get it at a 2-star price, so that made it a good deal. Wouldn't consider paying 4-star price. Location is just not worth it, though a free shuttle is now offered to city and airport (but only during certain times... and getting back is not convenient). Two small issues were: a mac laptop couldn't access WiFi; and there's a very expensive restaurant and bar (which matters because there are few eating/drinking options in the area and virtually nothing open after 10pm). It also takes an extra transfer to get out there from city center (buy the 10-pass and you're all set, though).

I stayed 1 day here, on my way catching another flight from Barcelona airport. Great shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to and from the city center!

Lonely area. Check-in after breakfast 9:30, so there were no options but to go out and find a place to eat. Restaurant was closed. Thankfully, there is a mall, IKEA and Carrefour within ten minutes walk, nice. (their sister; hotel Frontair Congress is much better). There is only one desk person, who only gave info about hotel services if asked, there is no welcome info. We had a third floor and was a small dark cramped place, where most of the time because the lighting system was a challenge to use. The A/C worked only if switch was in high position. The walls were dirty. Shower needed curtain, but clean water hot. Perks, airport shuttle, but be sure to go to Terminal 2 for flts on Airberlin, A long ride otherwise.

The hotel located in the middle of nowhere, so to return in the hotel in dark time was not comfortable. In my room air conditioner did not work. At 3 am they found another room for me, but i had to wake up at 6 am, so the night was horrible. Never stay in that 4 stars hotel again

I was looking for a hotel with airport shuttle service and good connention to the center of the city. This hotel provides you a free airport shuttle service and has good public connection to the center. I used the hotel shuttle to the center coupe of times and also puchased T-10 trip cards for the metro. It worked well for my case. The staff at the hotel was very friendly as well.

It was a really nice hotel, very price effective! The views were beautiful and it was very close to a bus station and metro station.

I stayed in Barcelona for a few nights before and after a Meditteranean cruise. After staying in one hotel (which I will not name), I decided to change to this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. Great location (away from all the touristy stuff) yet convenient to public transportation. Great price at approximately 30% less per night stay than the hotel I was previously registered. The room were much more spacious and comfortable.
