Barcelona Classic - Habitat Apartments

The Barcelona Classic apartment is located in the city center, just a few blocks away from the main shopping street Paseo de Gracia in the Eixample district, between Bruc, Provenca, and Mallorca streets. Sagrada Familia is also very close. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and charming stores in the vicinity. Public transport is easy to reach within a few minutes.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a neoclassical building, easily accessible by the elevator. Due to this location, it is very quiet and bright.

This luxury apartment has recently refurbished bathrooms, many freshly painted elements and is in top condition. It offers two spacious living rooms with sofas and dining tables. One of the living rooms features a wonderful gallery. The other displays a beautiful balcony overlooking the Carrer del Bruc. You can also see Tibidabo amusement park and a piece of the sea from the balcony.

With four double bedrooms including comfortable beds with quality mattresses and wardrobes, the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests. The beds can be either pushed together or divided depending on your needs. You'll also find plenty of closet and storage space in each of the bedrooms. In addition you will find 2 complete large bathrooms each with two sinks, a toilet and a shower as well as a separate toilet.

There is a fully equipped kitchen - very spacious with a dining table. It offers induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine for filtered coffee, and Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules, kettle. Dishes in many different sizes, coffee and espresso cups, water, red wine, white wine, champagne glasses, plenty of pots, pans, all kitchen utensils for cooking and baking. Also a vacuum cleaner, dustpans, drying racks, ironing board, and iron.
There is also a second pantry kitchen with a separate fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and additional kitchen utensils for cooking and baking. The apartment offers two washing machines and dryers.

The windows have been completely remade, yet as they are wooden (except two bathroom windows), they maintain originality.

The apartment has a beautiful original tiled floor and opulent stucco.

The black and white photos of Barcelona are specially made by a photographer for the apartment.

6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
