The complete staff were amazing from the time of check in to check out. They even allowed us to use there rooftop amenities after 5pm because our flight was not until 10:30pm. They gave us fresh towels to use and they allowed us to keep our stuff in their office locked safely until we were ready to leave for the airport. We had a pleasant stay with them and would definitely recommend and stay with them again ! I would give 10 stars if possible.

Alex welcomed us to her apartment with open arms, giving us great recommendations for food and activities. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was much more spacious than expected and everything was so clean. It was located in the heart of the city but still peaceful at night. We are a family of 4 and loved the space of this apartment. It was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and bars. There was a washing machine in the apartment and plenty of room for the entire family to spend time together or quiet time by ourselves. There is a great bar/restaurant right across the street and the host provided wonderful suggestions for dining which we appreciated and visited.

Good spot with lots of space.

Fantastic place. Very good position for walking out in the city. The apartment had good space, very good beds and was light and bright. A very good place to rest after a busy day in the city or at the beach. Some trouble to get cold water at one of the bathrooms though. The room also contains a safety box which is brilliant.

Nice apartment in the Gothic Quarter

Comfortable apartment in the Gothic Quarter. Lots to do within walking distance, accessible by car with parking close by. My kids enjoyed a separate sleeping area. Second kitchen in 2-bed was not functional, it didn’t inhibit our stay, just would have been nice to use the second washing machine. Friendly staff, apartment was as described and pictured.

It was nearly impossible to reach anyone to help. The showers were disgusting and were riddled with mold. They advertise the washer in the dryer and it smelled moldy and disgusting and wasn’t cleaned out. Furthermore, it did not work. The bedsheets had stains on them and they smelled musty and used. I made multiple efforts to email them, to text message them on a messaging line that they provided me that they were messaging with me until I started telling them all of these things. And then on the last day is when they told me I was using the wrong phone number. How did they know I was using the wrong phone number if in fact, they didn’t read the messages to begin with. I gave it one star because the location was great other than that this is not worth it.

Mold issues

Apartment had mold issues and smelled of mold through out the apartment. The bathrooms were poorly renovated and did not function that well with mold in all the corners even after being cleaned. Must of been nice at on point but was both poorly renovated and has been worked over in recent years and showing it's age. Would return after a rebuild of the bathrooms as the location was wonderful.
