My girlfriend and I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay for the Barcelona portion of our European vacation. First, the pros: -location - the hotel is about a 5 min walk to the beach (as close as any of the hotels) and less than 10 min from the nearest subway line. -desk staff - the desk staff was helpful and spoke very good english Cons - lots of issues with the room. At first glance, it looks nice, but the towels were thin and harsh, similar to what you would find at a cheap motel. The AC was not very effective - at its lowest setting and running 24 h, the room temp was still only get down to about 75 degrees. It was also difficult to take a shower as the water temperature would cycle between a lot hotter and a lot colder than what you set it at, and the water would never be at the actual desired temperature. The room was also not thoroughly clean - lots of dirt and debris in the corners and around the fixtures. Overall, if you are paying $50-60 per night, its probably ok, but I would look for alternatives.
