Good morning the bathroom in room 413 had a bad odor terrible is the drainage need checking was very strong More people in reception

The room was clean and quiet and we appreciated the shuttle service to the airport!

Ac was not working! We burn all the night!!!

I was not pleased with the booking of this hotel. I booked this hotel for two days; however, once I got to the airport, I was advised that they had changed my reservations to a different hotel. I was then told to seek out transportation to the new hotel, and the staff from the new hotel would pay for the transport; however, once I got to the hotel, I was advised that they would not pay for the transportation. Finally, on the second day, I went to the original hotel and was told that the manager was not in but was aware that I had paid for the transportation and would reimburse me; however, I was not refunded before I checked out of the hotel. The staff advised me that they could not reimburse me while I was there and that I would have to deal with the manager, who was out of the office for the weekend and would not be back until the following business day. The staff overall was amicable, but I was not pleased with not being reimbursed for unnecessary expenses that were not my fault.

This hotel was very convenient since I needed to be near the airport. The hotel shuttle service worked out well, and was available when I needed it. The staff was friendly, the rooms spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Hotel is close to the airport. I appreciated the airport shuttle. Rooms were clean. They were hot at first but this is a European thing once you plug in your keycard the lights and ac turn on. This is an energy efficiency thing that many Spanish hotels do. I say this because many Americans don't realize this as us hotels have ac running nonstop Breakfast was fantastic and included in our reservation. We also had dinner there and it was delicious and reasonably priced in my opinion for dinner. Service was excellent and I would definitely stay again. It is not walking distance to main attractions as the airport is not close to the main area. We were just looking for an overnight for a flight the next day. They have a pool and workout area but I didn't use them.

The hotel was very good my only concern is, if you select a hotel with a shuttle to and from the airport is complete unthinkable that shuttle only works in the morning. If they organice the shuttle's scheddule will be perfect

A cheap hotel that is not even that close to the airport. It took 25 euro taxi ride to get there from the airport. The restaurant and bar services are poor, took 25min to get a glass of wine.

Lots to do, nice bar and food. Rooms good and clean. Negatives - no commuinication in how shuttle looks, needed to take cab. This was the point of booking this hotel! Going to airport was easy. Doors slamming all through night.

The hotel is well kept. I only stayed for one night though I had a very good time. The food was great. The service was impeccable.

The service at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The quality and the presentation of food was excellent.

Really nice boutique hotel near the Barcelona airport. Inside a mall so if shopping is your thing, then you are in luck. A McDonalds is right across the parking lot, and the food court even has a KFC if you are so inclined.

The rooms a pretty outdated and half of the electric Socket did not work but it was very close to the airport and the shuttle to the hotel was great. Overall it was good And unfortunately There is really nothing around ,so you are kind of stuck at the hotels restaurant if you want to eat or anything like that

You get what you pay. Nice location. However, I need to wait 1.5 hours for shuttle. If you are from Terminal 2A. it will be a LONG walk to shuttle stop.
