A very comfortable room, with a warm atmosphere, clean bathroom, welcoming staff, helpful tips for touristic tours, easy to access location and a very delicious breakfast with multiple varieties. Highly Recommended.

despite the fact that the hotel is a bit far from the city center we had no problem because the common transport(bus and metro) in barcelona is good, the hotel is very well equipped and always clean with a varied breakfast and full really we are satisfied

To start with the positives, the room was a good size and a comfortable bed. Initially the location may be off-putting, but in reality the transport options are convenient and you're not too far away from anything. Breakfast was generally good, although more hot and salad items would be welcome. On arriving we were given the only suite in the hotel. It has a slight smell of smoke so we didn't stay in the room and requested other options. The next room we were given had a small bag of rubbish in the corner along with dry cleaning from the previous guest. The temperature was also very warm even after turning on the air conditioning. The third and final room we were given was better and the air conditioning eventually cooled the room to a suitable temperature. We were given a bottle of cava for the inconvenience. Even though we finished it on the second the day, the bottle and dirty glasses didn't get moved at at all in the 2 remaining days. There's lots of scuffs on the furniture and tables and the blinds and shower tray had seen better days. There's also no coffee/tea making facilities which is a little disappointing. Wifi was very slow and inconsistent so we had to use the 4G data from my phone instead. There are 3 room types listed on their web site Double Room (Twice) and a Double Basic Room. When asked the difference we were told all rooms are the same except the view when. Our view was of the next door building and the rooms on the other side seemed to face the mountain with presumably better views. I'm really not sure we got what room we paid for, but we were too tired and hot after arriving to pursue the matter further. Anytime there was a problem, we felt we had to convince them that we were telling the truth and only after insisting several times for them to inspect the rooms with problems, they finally agreed to view them with us. On leaving, they didn't even ask how our stay was or if they could help in anyway with getting a taxi or anything. It really seemed that nobody in the staff cared or was interested in us in any way. We've stayed in other Eurostars branded hotels and had really positive experiences, so this was very disappointing. We'd advise you to look at alternative hotels as it's in no way a 4 star hotel from our visit.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend and I was very pleased with the hotel. I booked a basic double room, and was very surprised but how nice it was. The bed was very big and confortable. There was a complementary bottle of water in the room and two chocolate truffles, which I thought was a nice detail. We hadn’t pre-booked breakfast but paid for it at the hotel - it was €10 per person for a nice hot and cold buffet selection. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. Initially I was worried it may be too far away from the centre, but it only takes 15 minutes by train or taxi to get to Palza Catalunya. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Barcelona.

For those who are IMO patients the location is ideal (10 minutes walk). The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area. The hotel itself lends a very modern feel that you notice as soon as you approach the steps to the lobby. It is affordable and it is clean (2 very important items). The aesthetics of the room are pleasant and very modern as well. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English very well. Also the breakfast is quite good with a decent selection. The only knock I would give the hotel and this is subjective, is that the mattresses in the rooms are very hard. Some people might like this but for me it made sleeping difficult. The other item is that the walls are a bit thin.

I was happy with all the facilities this hotel had to offer. especially the location. You can get here by local buses and metro. Very close to the amusement park. Enjoy a hot tub after long walks and don't forget to ride the funicular to the top.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter. Although hotel is out of the centre it was less than a 10 minute walk to the metro and then 10 mins on the metro to Placa Catalunya. Very modern hotel, rooms small but only used to shower and sleep. Very clean and breakfast was good. Although located in a quiet residential area, walls are thin and you can hear people in next room (only an issue on the last night). Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and would recommend if you want to escape the noise of La Rambla.

We were here for 5 days and we really enjoyed the quality of the service and the hotel throughout:) Everything was clean and comfortable, had a minibar available and the room condition was great ! I would recommend it to any first timer in Barcelona ❤️

This hotel is set a littel out of the main bustle of toen in a quietish resdential area not far off the Ronda. We stayed overnight here as we had an appointment close by in the evening & didn't want to have to fight our way out of town in the rush hour. It also has a small but secure car opark which is a big advantage in this area & is easily accessed from the Ronda. We didn't have time to stay for breakfast as again we wanted to beat the traffic, so can't comment on this. The one complaint we had was that having arrived early afternoon, in advance of our meeting our room was ridiculously hot having non opening plate glass windows floor to ceiling facing due South & the aircon obviously only coming on when the room key was inserted! It was well over 30%, even in Oct with an oustide temp of 15% & took a couple of hours to cool down to a sensible temp!

A bit out of town but worth it for the price. The train station was only 10min walk away and it was a 10min journey to the top of the Ramblas. We had breakfast at a few local coffee shops. Nice modern hotel. Pool was closed as now out of season. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We would stay here again
