Stayed here for 3 nights in August. The hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. It is just outside the city center in an area called Sarria. It was a great place to come back too after a day in the busy city. It seemed residential and relaxed with lots of really nice cafes around selling great food to the locals rather than the tourists. Sarria train station was a 5 min walk away from the hotel, with the metro going into the center and stopping at catalunya (the stop at the top of las ramblas) every 10 mins or so. Personally I couldn't think of a better location. The staff were really friendly, the rooms had everything you needed and the pool was fantastic!! It was great to have an early morning and late evening swim every day. Highly recommended.
One couple + one baby. Very nice welcome. Rooms very confortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Great design. Swimming pool and its poolside very relaxing. A very nice place. Room service : outsourced to sushi - expensive but very fast and very good quality.
We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and absolutely loved the hotel and it's location (Sarria). The hotel is just outside of Barcelona city centre, so a good escape from the hustle and bustle, but still only 8 mins on the Metro from Sarria station straight into Catalunya. Sarria has the usual and expected amenities and transport links. The room was modern and comfy, but do request a double bed if you are travelling as a couple, they don't always allocate double beds. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning for my next visit.
Stayed here for two days and loved it. Hotel was fairly modern with good WiFi access throughout the rooms. There was a Lift and the premises was easy to navigate with my stroller for my infant. The bed was Comfortable and we had a minibar that came fully stocked each day. Some of the staff spoke English which was great for our purposes. Also, there are a few English channels on cable. Breakfast was a proper hot breakfast with a decent variety and there is a coffee machine that offers variety aswell. The location is Sarria, which is not the city Centre, but a short ride on the metro. A cab to the city costs around €12. There are some restaurants and supermarkets close by aswell. I would definitely stay here again when I revisit Barcelona.
We were for a weekend. Is in a quiet area of Barcelona in a very good neighbourhood. The facilities are modern and chic and is very clean. Breakfast is a must but parking is awfull and expensive. We wer
Visited here for three nights middle if January for my boyfriends Christmas present and the hotel was amazing! He was very impressed as we pulled up and even more so as we entered. We arrived at about 12 and so couldn't check in but they took our bags and so we could wonder the streets. Area was amazing so many little bakery's, coffee shops and some amazing restaurants nearby! We visited the cosmocaxia science museum which id definitely recommend and in all distance of about 20 minutes. About a 15 minute metro journey to the city centre and also very easy. Room had everything we needed and cleaned everyday. We were very impressed with the cool little gadgets and buttons as well! Staff were very helpful and were always there if we wanted directions or advice. Thank you for a lovely stay and making me look like a great girlfriend with a perfect Christmas present!
Stayed here as a couple in January 2017. The area the hotel is located in is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to be right in the busy centre, it is a short 5 minute walk to the metro then another 10 minutes into the city centre. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, our favourite overall was santamasa, Would definitely recommend. Quinto Pino and PimPam Burger were great also! The hotel is very modern, the rooms are great with huge beds, no tv channels other than spanish so maybe bring a laptop/ DVDs for something else to do at night. We had breakfast on the first day, there wasn't a huge variety and it was quite expensive so try find somewhere else in the area. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The only issues were that the Wi-Fi was pretty slow and unreliable and that when you check out there is a local tax added onto the stay so look into that before booking! Overall, great hotel and perfect for all types of travellers.
Stayed here while visiting family in Barcelona, chose because closest hotel. Very happy with our stay. The hotel is sleek and modern, very airy with lots of light. The staff want out of their way to be helpful. Note that this is in a residential area, a 15 minute metro or taxi ride to city center. We were happy to away from the crowds. A two minute walk to many bars, cafes and restaurants and quaint pedestrian shopping area without cars. No problems with the Wifi. The room was very clean, modern and chic, sleek and elegant bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Our kids stayed in separate twin rooms next door.
This hotel is not situated centrally in Barcelona but is a very calm oasis. It has a nice outdoor pool siutated in a gardenlike environment. The Sarria district has some nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very nice and modern with giant windows almost floor to ceiling. A perfect stay for a calm holiday.
Eurostars Hotel in Barcelona provided good cleaning service and great double bed standard rooms! I do recommend it. The down side its the location: not near the Barcelona atractions - which its possible to reach by bus or taxi nearby.
