Spacious amazing private terrace with table and chairs is only for guest's use (Please, note that the apartment is located in a residential building, so we kindly ask not to make noise on the terrace after 22h to respect the neighbors). The terrace is private and can be accessed from one of the bedrooms.

The apartment is located next to Diagonal Avenue, one of the main streets that divides the Gracia district and the Eixample. Since you are not right in the Ramblas area, this zone is much more tranquil and local. The Diagonal street itself is home to boutique shops and restaurants as well. There is a grocery store close to the apartment and you also have easy access to all forms of public transport, bus, tram, metro, and taxi.

The apartment is located 2 min walk from the metro Verdaguer (Blue and Yellow line).

House rules:
- Check-in from 15 p.m. (flexible)
- Check-out before 11 a.m. (flexible)
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- The apartment is equipped with  a noise detector, which is NOT recording at any time and it's only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment.
- By agreeing with the House Rules you accept the presence of the device in the apartment and agree that it doesn't breach your privacy rights.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
