Excellent apartment in Barcelona

We chose this property for its proximity to our son's apartment who is studying in Barcelona. The apartment is very modern and airy and is also right about a small convenience store (Condis). It's also a 5 minute walk to a nice bakery and 10 minutes to the metro and 10 minutes to a tram stop. Very quiet neighborhood without much else going on. The owner was very easy to work with. Communicative and responded promptly. Would happily stay there again.
