Apartment has a maximum capacity for 6 people. Perfect for families, groups of friends and business trips.

The lower floor is distributed in a kitchen, dining room distributor, open to the living room and with which it closes with sliding doors, with a sofa bed. There is a second room with two single beds, a 3 bedroom with double bed and through the hallway access to the inner courtyard, a sink.
Fully furnished (new) and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, refrigerator, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, hair dryer, iron, bed linen and towels .
In the kitchen you will find essentials such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar and coffee.

Guests rent the entire apartment but will have access only to the beds corresponding to their reservation.
It is forbidden to host or make use of the apartment to people who are not on the booking sheet. In case of sanction by the authorities, the unregistered visitor will bear the cost of the sanction by not communicating their stay in the apartment.
