My single twin bed room was very small, but secure and had a convenient location. The stuff was polite and could solve my problems. Next time I would like to book only this hotel. Thanks for your business.

Some go the stuff we’re ok they control the ac that’s not good when your room gets all the sun in the afternoon

This little hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Barcelona. The location is fantastic, and the hotel offers an excellent value. It's very clean and quiet, and the staff is very kind and professional. There is no breakfast or coffee service, but next door you have Jamaica, a very nice coffee house, and directly across the street is a Costa Coffee. Also, downstairs there is a small supermarket which I found very handy. In a neighborhood of very expensive hotels, this place really stands out for the exceptional value it has to offer.

No hot water Very small Suffocated I. Room and elevators

We were disappointed with this hotel. It wasn't your idea of a hotel. The called hotel is one floor in an apartment building. You have to drop off your key with the front desk every time you leave the room and they do go to the room after you leave to turn off lights and air condition so when you come back the room is burning up. Not friendly staff. We checked out one day earlier. The only good thing about the building is the location, it's in the middle of shopping and restaurants.

Dear customer, we do not control the use of Air Conditioning, but we do control the misuse or abuse of air conditioning, which is different. On the other hand, each room has a temperature sensor, together with a general temperature sensor. It could be that some rooms, more exposed to the sun, are warmer, but as easy as requesting it to Reception, so that they rise in the temperature sensor. It is also a measure, to avoid that in these times of the year, where the use is so intensive, we have breakdowns with it, which would be much worse. We regret your discomfort and wish you a happy day

We do not force anybody to leave the key at the reception, and as you will understand, we do have master keys in case is needed. Our location, in our private builing, is perfectly explained in our description, as per many of other Hotels & Hostales (Hostal is not a Hostel!!!) in Spain. About the A/C as explained to you, if your room achieves the degress that you have marked, it will stop automatically. Regards,
