The AirCon was good but didn't use it. This was in March when the weather is cooler. The I'lla mall is a 5 minute walk away and it's very nice for shopping. This hotel is 30 min taxi from Gothic Quarter or a 1 hour walk. Lots of restaurants and shops along the way.

We stayed in this hotel two separate nights on our trip to Spain. It as in a safe and quiet neighborhood that made it easy to walk to the Barcelona Sands train station and other places. Even though the breakfast was not included in the price of the room, it was delicious and very much worth the cost. The food was fresh and the breakfast staff was accommodating, which made a great start to each day. Lastly, the staff is so friendly. They took interest in our stay and needs. They graciously held our luggage since we arrived so early before check in. When we arrived back, they quickly checked us in so we could refresh in our room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were old and not clean at all. Room service was extremely poor and slow. The overall experience was uncomfortable, and the hotel did not meet expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

Check in was good with very friendly staff who recommended a local restaurant we went to many times. Room was clean and made up everyday. There is a mini fridge but no kettle. Windows were triple glazed and there is a double door from the corridor so reasonably quiet. Plenty of hot water and a bath and shower. Easy walk from Barcelona Sants

We went with our dog and they made sure we all feel comfortable. The staff was really nice and the room was big and clean. We also had breakfast in the room and the lady from the restaurant was very helpful.

Not a bad room to stay in while traveling, but definitely not my favorite. It was rather outdated and it was pretty difficult to use the bathroom with the door open if you and a partner were sharing the bathroom. It was just a pretty small bathroom. And the location was rather inconvenient, but Barcelona has a good form of transportation. I just wouldn’t plan on coming back to the room multiple times throughout the day.

The hotel itself was situated in a good area so that you could use the metro easily to get around. It was also close to the main train station. The front staff was excellent. However, if you stayed more than one night, they do not refresh the coffee or tea. You only get that on the first night you stay that’s a management issue not staff issue. The Wi-Fi was not constant or reliable. It bumped you out. The building was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front is good. Location was good.

The rooms are super small but if you plan to be outside all day it would be fine. Breakfast was normal for the hotels, include coffee, teas, scrambled egg, bacon, jam, cheese, yogurt, water, cereal and salad. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Fresh water in the entrance is a very nice touch. Walking distance to the old town. Bus stations close by. I would stay here because of the cleanness of the room, comfortable bed and it include breakfast. To the staff, thanks for your help and advice!
