BPAR1088 - Cozy flat near the beach

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the famous Barceloneta neighbourhood, so you have everything within a short distance. Our studio is 23m2 and has been recently renovated and decorated.

It has an iron. The American kitchen, induction, is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

In the neighbourhood, which borders the Moll d'Espanya of Port Vell and the El Born neighbourhood, you will find the Barceloneta and Sant Sebastià beaches, the Museum of Catalan History or the Torre del Rellotge, the oldest construction in the area, which was built in 1772 as a lighthouse for the port.

In addition to its beaches, Barceloneta attracts visitors for its charisma, its 18th-century houses, its gastronomy and the life that can be breathed in its streets. It is a traditionally maritime neighbourhood, which was built with the aim of solving the housing problems in the area. Due to its proximity to the sea, numerous fishermen, sailors and port workers settled in the neighbourhood. For this reason, Barceloneta developed a notable gastronomic offer around fish and seafood.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
