-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in the entire apartment, including the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Check-in and management were easy and friendly. However, the unit is in serious need of general upkeep. Walls and doors are banged up, shutters and curtains are broken, dishwasher and kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Many light fixtures were missing bulbs or they were burned out. The floors were very dirty, our socks and feet were constantly dirty if we removed our shoes. Location is generally good for sightseeing, with plenty of restaurants near-by, but extremely noisy from busy traffic. No AC except in living room and 1 of 3 bedrooms. If windows are opened to allow airflow, the shutters and windows bang. Very uncomfortable. Sofa and living room furniture is very worn. Pictures show a bright and colorful space, but close up clearly shows that it that needs help. It was nice having a kitchen in Barcelona. On the last day, we were robbed out front of the apartment as we got into our taxi. My phone, money, passport were all taken from me downstairs. I couldn’t get back into the apartment. Luckily, the wonderful staff at the Cafe downstairs helped me call the police. Be aware of the cons here.

Spacious apartment with great convenient location

We were 4 friends who stayed here and it was great. The kitchen was well-equipped for us. We didn't cook but they did provide a few basics like a bit of olive oil and salt should we wanted to. We made use of the washing machine and it worked fine. The apartment and bathrooms were clean and updated. Communication with property representatives were good and check-in was easy (someone meets you). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to any group.
