This Hyatt Regency Hotel brand took over the formerly known hotel Novotel. The staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, and kind. The service is exceptional. Some rooms and hallways may need renovations. However, Hyatt Regency recently purchased in February 2025, please be patient as this hotel has potential. They are slowly renovating and improving the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to BKK airport. 24/7 every 10 minutes free shuttle to and from airport to hotel. The staff and is very knowledgeable and will assist with all matters.

Lovely rest stop

This hotel is perfect for those long layovers. The hotel staff was amazing and so kind, and the breakfast was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and the pool is beautiful. You can't go wrong staying here if you want to be close to the airport.

The hotel is at the airport, which is why we chose it. So, from a travel standpoint, it was perfect. However, we were not particularly impressed with the staff. Service was just so-so, and the atmosphere seemed actually a little bit cold.
