Only stayed one night, and booked a standard balcony room. At check in they would only give me the second floor as those were the "standard rooms". The room given to me had no balcony, was dark and had a window about a foot away from the next building. I went back to request a balcony room and they said I did not book balcony but eventually gave me one. It was again 2nd floor but you couldn't really see much out of it...no point in the small balcony at all given the proximity of the neighboring building. Basically, it seems if you book a standard room they will give you nothing but second floor. Moreover there are two buildings, not just the decent-looking pinkish one pictured, and you could get a balcony room that offers no view as the neighboring buildings are are on some sides right against it. The room was fine overall for a night, but would not book again due to uncertainty of getting a room with at least some good natural light.

Great hotel staff, great location, great rooms and beds.. Overall experience was very good. We even hire the mini bus, and the driver was great.!!!
Only a few minutes away from rail line walking. Check out neighboring Baiyoke Hotel for a great view of the city and night market nearby. Rooms are fairly small and beds are very stiff which was common throughout Thailand.
Check in and check out is very easy for KC Place service apartment. I arrived at around 9:00am, and boss said, early check-in is not a problem at all, and he even upgraded the room to one with double bed. Location is super great, 40 bhat airport rail to A7 station back and forth. 13 bhat - 73 bus opposite of Indra square going to China town... 7 eleven, McDonalds, Black Canyon Coffee, Baiyoke Sky Hotel, Night Markets are all in walking distance. If you like evening walk, central world and Siam paragon is accessible by walking within half an hour too... All the staffs are nice and kind to me, WiFi is working fine and included with login credentials. Room is cleaned promptly, and done professionally. Restaurant next to KC Place is also nice, and they make authentic thai food with reasonable price too. I love this KC Place service apartment very much.
