I've been expecting small room since beginning, but the bathroom is hmmmm challanging. The shower have a wide glass door that just too big for the size of the room. Other than that, all just like what you expect from budget hotel. But who knows it might be me being unlucky getting that room.
I like the cozyness of the property, good breakfast, comfortable bed n pillow, and room is nice clean. Staff was courteous, respectful and helpful. We will stay here again for our next trip to Bandung
I really had very good weekend. The staffs I met were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was pleasant and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We were all very satisfied with our stay. Will absolutely visit again. Moreover, I would recomend this hotel to everyone.
If you've stayed in an Ibis before, then you know what to expect. Small shower area but adequate water pressure. Their toiletries improved a little in that they now include toothbrush and toothpaste (yey!!), on top of the usual mini-ref, complimentary bottled water, cable TV, in-room safe, coffee/tea maker. The free wifi is spotty, especially at night when there's peak usage so either go online early in the morning or use the terminals at the lobby for free. Breakfast buffet is just enough, nothing to rave about, and can get crowded to the point that some guests may have to spill out to the outdoor tables to eat. If you need to leave for the airport early morning, you can have coffee, toast and danish ONLY as early as 4 am since the regular buffet starts at 6. At that hour if you need a ride, request the front desk to call a Blue Bird taxi for you. With no traffic at 5 am, the trip to the airport took only 20 mins.-- that's light speed by Bandung standards!
Just one 1 night for bussiness. Have an world philatelly expo. Good service staff. The room is clean, one queen bed with 2 pillow and 2 bolsters. Near to rail station, 30 minutes around. Near trans studio.
Booked two rooms and spent just a night in this popular hotel which is strategically located in Bandung, capital of West Java province. Felt good to experience one of the largest Ibis hotel the world with more than 600 rooms. A crowded lobby was easily visible with easy access to The Trans Hotel and Trans Mall Bandung (TSM). Overall stay was a pleasant one. Love the twin bed with clean sheets and pillows. Enjoyed the free wifi, basic amenities and international tv stations like in many other Ibis Hotels around the world. The breakfast was OK with many food to choose. Love the shower and toilet. The body towels need to be refreshed as the white color turned a bit pale. I also love the express check out service which was hassle free.
I stay for one night. Have nice stay here because it is in trans studio and mall area and trans luxury hotel. Booked via agoda. Affordable place, strategic location and will back to this hotel when in Bandung. All staff also serve guest with their heart. Room is big amenities completed and clean. I rate this hotel 5stars if any i will choose 6stars for rating
Check-in was a breeze. The front office staff (Rahayu) was very helpful in finding connecting room. There were none since I forgot to request it, but she managed to find rooms that's only separated by one room. Rooms were okay, typical ibis. But in the twin room, there was a noticeable stain on the bedsheet. I kinda ignored it since it was by the foot. The 'guling' (bolster) was a nice touch. I didn't remember they had those the last time I was there. Breakfast was kinda chaotic, because by the time I was there, there was this large group with their luggage making it harder to move around in the restaurant. Food was so-so, I kinda missed the bacon which I found in almost other ibis I stayed in. But I enjoyed the nasi tutug oncom and tempe (highlight of my breakfast) However, there were a number of male staff who were loitering around blocking path instead of helping around the restaurant. I gave 4 star because of the rate I was able to get and the friendliness of the staff (except those restaurant staff I mentioned above)
Stayed for 1 night here. The room is expectedly small but fit for purpose. We had 2 single beds that is a bit small for me but it was very comfortable for a night's rest. Wifi access was free and almost flawless. Location was excellent especially if you are going to visit the Trans Studio Amusement Park or attending a function at the Trans Luxury Hotel without wanting to splurge on accommodation. Value for money if you are on a budget. Customer service is excellent all round and the breakfast was excellent with adequate variety for me. My only complaint was the towels were a bit worn out, certainly the management should consider replacing them and the drainage at the shower room is poor. So I had a flooded floor after my friend showered. Overall it was still worth it for the price paid.
Worth the price. Fast check in and check out. For tooth brush and tooth paste you should ask to the house keeping/front desk. The hotel itself connecting with trans studio amusement park and mall. During school holiday hotel is very full. Even very difficult fo find seat during breakfast.
