Stay with my wife and family booked for two rooms, the rooms was spacious and comfy. The hotel facilities was also good, the breakfast was nice with friendly and helpful staff although the security at the lobby entrance can be more nicer. Overall our stay was memorable, will comeback again soon. Thank you Novotel Bandung
Location of the hotel was good and easily accessed. Room was good and clean, but a little bit disappointed due to the check in process... check in around3:30 but room wasn't ready and need to wait for almost half an hour
Location was great as there was easy access to nearby restaurants. Close to city centre. The room is clean but there were strands of hair in the bathtub and shower head when we first checked in. Gross! Housekeeping service took more than 45 minutes just to send an iron!! Really frustrating. Prior to our check in, we have requested for hard foam pillows, but didn't get any throughout our 2-night stay there. Such a let down! Our pillows were really flat and not comfortable. During check in, we were declined a free upgrade although we were Accor member. This is the ONLY hotel we've stayed so far that rejected flatly an upgrade to an Accor member. Also, we were charged 3,000 rupiahs by the parking attendant each time we left and enter the hotel by taxis. As the hotel lobby was located on top of the hill, we had no choice but to get the taxis to pass through the parking barrier to get to the lobby. As the parking fees are borne by the passengers of the taxis, we had no choice but to pay, although we did question the parking attendants. Seriously, why would taxis be charged for dropping off/taking passengers??! Novotel Bandung should really look into this seriously. These are complete RIP OFFS!
The hotel is good coffeeshop and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of surrounding places of interest. The spa requires more staff as quick bookings or walk in are usually not possible. A good budget hotel that won't break the bank James TWB ASSOCIATE LTD LONDON
I'm not kind of person who like write my review, but for novotel i'll make exception. This was my 1st stay in Novotel Bandung, since I was accor member, they upgraded my room, and it was spacious. The room was clean, big, and comfort. And when I come to my room, there was some surprise. Small things, but memoriable. Thanks a lot for Mrs. Intan Pujawati as Novotel GM. I'll make sure to stay in novotel again soon.. 5 Stars, Cheers..
I'm staying 2 nights at Novotel Bandung and using 1 of my free upgrade voucher. At first they said they'll give me upgrade from superior to executive. But on my 2nd day, receptionist said they gave me junior suite room. But I'm not satisfied with the welcome drink. They just offered me juice. Not a fresh juice but the same juice they serve for breakfast. Dissapoint as this is 4 star hotel.
Only 1 night trip to bandung, to attend a wedding my friend, Novotel bandung give me a junior suite room, upgrade from deluxe room. Thank's to mba Mina who always help me. Novotel bandung feel like home.
I Stayed for 2 night on 9-11 October 2017. I surprised my room was upgraded 2 level higher (from deluxe to executive). This hotel located in the city center with easy access to everywhere in Bandung City.
This Novotel is a typical Novotel I have been staying in other parts of the world: 1. Spacious dan bright room. 2. So-so foods. 3. Sizable lobby. 4. Courteous service. One complaint for this Novotel was that I only got a small bar soap for taking a shower. The hotel should have provided a liquid soap; I usually had it when staying in other Novotels.
This is stategic place in Bandung area, many shooping center near this place, food market, but because its one way so the schedule should precise The room is small, the bed is comfy, with no good view IMHO, breakfast is good, the car parking we need add some good driving skill
