I hate to leave this review because I love the Pendry properties but the service was very poor. Half the staff said they were new. They did apologize for not knowing the answers, the menu, the billing, the parking etc. And I left messages for the manager to call me about the room charge and I never heard back. I am afraid the service problem at the Pendry is part a bigger problem with the service sector in America right now but a hotel of this caliber needs to do better.

Around courtyard - too loud from music being played - front desk had power to turn it off when I requested it. Started in morning @7 or 8 am. BEAUTIFUL hotel w/great marble bathrooms, beautiful restaurants, location, front of building, etc. Short walking distance to an excellent seafood restaurant. Offer of drink at hotel when arrive - great. With the exception of room service, especially Michelle, other requests were slow to materialize. However, when I could barely move from twisting my back, in room massage came to assist me. Still, fantastic hotel, unique.
