Very friendly staff and helpful. The food was excellent Food and the rate very fair! The Restaurant at night is very romantic! It's really worth to spend the Money for a pool Villa. It's total private!
My partner and I just got back from a 9 night stay in a garden villa. We prefer smaller 'boutique' hotels and the villa based accommodation The Pavilions offers is what instigated us to book. We were certainly not disappointed: Sanur is a wonderful relaxed seaside resort and The Pavilions is located back from the main strip via a beautiful isolated path. Despite being right in the heart of Sanur, this path completely cuts you off from the hustle and bustle and so The Pavilions feels like a hidden sanctuary. Location is certainly one of its key strengths. Trip advisor informs me that there are approximately 365 restaurants in Sanur and you are pretty much in the centre of all of them. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and the hotel offers free transfers if you don't fancy a stroll. Whilst me and my partner normally go for seaside based hotels, being a short stroll away actually works in The Pavilions favour as I doubt any of the seaside hotels offer the same degree of secluded tranquillity. Set around just 26 villas, The Pavilions is exactly what we were looking for; quiet accommodation where you are treated as individuals. The staff were absolutely brilliant and could not do more to make you feel at home. Breakfast is prepared and delivered to your villa every morning which feels like a real luxury and our beautiful garden villa was the perfect place to enjoy such wonderful food. The restaurant is fantastic and we loved our Balanese Banquet which was a very well priced way of sampling the best of the local cuisine. All of which was served up in a private gazebo at no extra cost. This is not the type of experience you will ever get with large hotels and really made our holiday special. Although we did not go for a pool villa, the communal pool was just outside our villa. With this being the case, as the villa's are all walled off and gated we still felt completely secluded and utterly private. As most of the villas have their own pools we found the communal pool was rarely busy and often had it to ourselves. The pool bar staff keep you well hydrated with complementary ice water and spend all day working hard to keep the area completely pristine. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in a wonderful location we cannot recommend The Pavilions enough. Perfect for couples, the resort offers a level of intimacy few hotels could ever come close to.
Located around 100m off one of the main roads lined with bars, shops & restaurants the entrance to this hotel is easy to miss but once you reach the hotel reception you will soon forget the hustle and bustle of Sanur and can be lost in this tranquil retreat. Location: Around 30/45 min drive from airport, just off one of Sanur's main streets lined with bars and restaurants with so much choice available and the quality of food for the price is a pleasant surprise. The hotel provides complimentary transport to the reserved beach spot (5 minute drive) where there are sunbeds available. You can either walk back, organise a collection time or ask the restaurant to call the hotel and they will send a car to transport you back to the hotel. Hotel: Excellent in every way. Staff are all friendly, polite and go above and beyond. Breakfast is served to your villa daily at a time you request and the butlers return an hour or so later to clear up. The turn down service in the evening is great and they even place a glass of water by the bed (the small gestures do go a long way). Each villa has their own water dispenser for drinking water and the mini bar is very competitively priced. The grounds of this hotel are meticulously kept and can remind of you a secret garden.
My partner and I stayed here for 10 days in a pool villa from arrival to departure the service from all the staff we came in to contact with was fantastic and they are all a credit to this wonderful hotel. It's location just off the main strip of Sanur means that everything is within walking distance but at the same time in your villas garden you could be in the middle of no where it's so peaceful and relaxing and having ones own pool is certainly worth it. Others have commented on the wonderful breakfasts served I your villa and I would agree that the choices and options are marvellous am already missing them. I am sure we will be back sooner rather then later.
Service and the villa were excellent. Staff were so friendly and made me feel so welcome in Bali. I will be coming with my family. Views from the villa were beautiful and I would recommend anyone visiting Bali to stay here.
Just away from the bussy street you find this beautifull location. Well maintained villa's, nice gardens. The service is excellent. wellness and swimmingpool are available. Sanur with its restaurants and beach around is the corner. All in all, we felt to be in Paradise.
As the taxi makes it's way down the driveway, the hussle and bussle of the town is left behind. We disembark at reception and step into the hidden oasis that is the Pavillions. After check in, we are showed to our villa; we look up to see it actually bares our surname above the gate. Our butler begins by showing us the private pool, garden and decking area. The sun loungers are the most comfortable i have ever found. We enter the villa to find a large open space, comprising the lounge and kitchen area, including a water dispencer (No more worrying if you have enough bottled water to get through the night). The mood setting music playing through the fully equiped entertainment system simply adds to our experience. He then walks us through and shows us the amazing bathroom. The dual sinks, large corner bath, indoor and outdoor showers scream luxury. During our stay we found that all toiletries provided were of a high standard, especially the after sun lotion. We then make our way up the spiral staircase to the beautiful bedroom (With on suite toilet); the large windows overlooking our private garden/pool area. There is no incling that we are actually in the middle of the town. The views are awesome and the only sounds are the water and wildlife outside. We find that there is a choice of pillows, so sure to find a good match for you. As our butler leaves he checks we are ready for our complimentary foot massages. They arrive from the spa and perform this, leaving us the most relaxed we have been on our entire trip to Bali. We also had a 90 minute spa treatment each later in the week...this was perfect. As it's only b&b, we didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The butler serves breakfast at the villa and everything tasted great. The room service menu for later is also good and everything we tried, we adored! We are made to feel like royalty throughout our stay. Attention to detail is key to everything the staff do, this is evident in the great care they take to ready the rooms in the evening by lighting incencse and de stressing oils in the bathroom (not that there would be anything to stress about in this oasis - apart from having to leave!) Our thanks to the general manager Simone and all the great staff that we met, we had a truly wonderfull stay for 7 nights!
We stayed in this wonderful hotel in April, we had a warm welcome and was then shown to our villa which was fabulous we had our own pool so if we wanted to stay in and chill out we could. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile, Alit, Manik, and Sri on the front desk always gave us good advice or sorted out anything that we needed, and we have to say a big thank you to Simona who helped us after our private airport car did not arrive. The food and setting in the garden area is very nice and romantic. We would definitely return and recommend the Pavilions. Heaven on Earth
We had a short stay ion Bali, en route to another island. last year we stayed near Kuta and it was terrible. Our teenage sons dislike the noise and bustle of Bali streets. These villas were a perfect retreat. A quiet private small hotel with seperate villas was perfect for what we wanted. Our sons had one next door and loved it, in fact they chose just to stay in their villa swimming and relaxing. If you are after a quiet and relaxed break then this is the place. The complementary foot massage on arrival was a great extra.
The pavilions is a terrific place to stay. Excellent villa's the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast service from our butler was first class. Lovely swimming pool well maintained.
