This was easily the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. The villas are beautiful and well furnished and maintained. The breakfast has excellent made to order selections. The lunch /dinner food is great too. The staff are super attentive and helpful. The management is caring and was super accommodating to our request for a cancellation due to COvid-19 concerns We would love to come back and stay here. The location is off the main road, but close, so it is very peaceful. The beach and the shops are an easy 5-10 minute walk, and the hotel arranges trips for you. We had a very helpful driver from the resort who allowed us to adapt the Ubud trip as we wanted and was helpful in lunch suggestions as well. There is a large pool and they clean it regularly and refresh the lounge settees and towels continuously Aftenoon tea is offered with some treats. Bottles of water and chocolates are restocked every night No negatives.
