We spent 12 nights at the Suites and it was perfect. We were a group of 13 and had 3 rooms. 2X 3BR and 1 X 2BR. Absolutely fantastic size rooms. The complex was wonderful for the Kids. Camp Splash gave them the freedom to roam around the place and do the stuff kids want to do while the adults laid by the Adult pool. The breakfast was great. Buying the coupons helped reduce the price per person when we bought them in Bulk. The themed dinners were great. For $20 an adult and $10 for kids it was a fantastic deal to try for a few nights when you did not want to leave the place. The staff..... What a magnificent group of people who work here. Made our stay so pleasant and wonderful. Thank you all for being a great team and making everyone feel so HAPPY.... The only fault I could find with the place was that back gate closed at 6pm.. I would have to guess for all our safety and I have no real issue with it. $2 in a Blue Bird taxi was all it costs. Out the back gate about 400m is a great Laundry place to get your clothes done. $1.20AUD a kilo. Did a wonderful job with our clothes.

A good quality resort with great staff and huge suites. Dining was reasonable and well catered for children. We really enjoyed the Spa massages offered and all Volleyball net and basketball hoops in the pool area.

We stayed for 6 nights. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge. The beds very comfortable. They had a lot of things for the kids to do. It was a bit out of the way for shopping but we found a shortcut from the hotel and it was great. They use to make animals out of towels and leave them on the bed, the kids thought that was great. All the staff were very good and I cannot recommend them enough.

We had 3 nights here after our long flight from europe. It was exactly what we were looking for. Small and very relaxing resort with a nice poolarea. It more or less a big garden and you live right in it. Very beautiful and quiet setting away from the street noise. Aircon and wifi worked perfectly and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. If we ever come back to Sanur, I am pretty sure this would be our choice again.

We just had week at plaza suites and it was great. If you can get passed the busy road this hotel is on you will forget about it once you are inside. Not the most glamorous but it's clean, it needs a face lift in places. Fantastic kids club, after a few days of familiarisation we barely saw the kids, they made friends and were off! It's the first holiday in years we felt we had some time to relax and lie by the pool, read a book and sip on a cocktail...that's brought right to your day bed by the way! There a little alleyway that is open until 6pm which is a short 5 minute walk to Main Street. You have to get a taxi back at night which is only 50,000 rupiah which is $5 or £3. Sanur is ok...had a couple of average food experiences. Kids club has daily activities, painting, card making, traditional dress up, soccer, sack races. There's play stations, large movie screen, giant chess, water slide, table tennis so lots to do. Thee was a magician around the pool area twice in the week we were there and my daughter followed him around for 2 hours! They also had movie night by the pool With a giant movie screen and lounger laid out for the kids while the adults ate. Appartments great, nice and roomy. Over all a good experience. I would stay again at some point but want to try other resorts

We stayed for six nights in a two bedroom apartment. For the price this is a very good resort. Loved our apartment, it was huge. After spending 5 nights at another resort in one room it was nice to have some space. There are alot of families and there are plenty of things for the kids to do. Kids club is a bit different, as not really supervised, but our son was 9 so he enjoyed it. He said slide was okay, but a bit slow. Was a bit worried about getting into Sanur, after reading some reviews, but it was a very easy and safe walk to Hardys. We also used the shuttle to Beach Club, which was brilliant. Also very cheap to get a taxi back at night after dinner. Breakfast was okay, bit more variety would have been nice. Loved the movie night, what a brilliant idea. Only complaint was that room card was very easily demagnitised by our phones. We had to get new cards four times, until another guest told me what was causing it. Have never had this happen before, and this was our second resort in Bali this trip, and we always carry rooms cards the same way. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Old, Tired and leaking rooms but they are very large. Comfortable beds but pillows are so high it is like you are sitting up and will give you a sore neck. Staff are not very helpful and if you ask for anything slightly out of the ordinary you will be disappointed. Kids facilities are ok - our 8,6 and 4 year old enjoyed the pool and slide but were disappointed when the kids club changed activities constantly and they didn't get to do things that were advertised which they were looking forward to.

Went to Sanur as it is less commercialized than say Kuta or Seminyak. Bit of a walk into town but safe. Have to watch kerfew each night otherwise you had an extra kilometer walk around to get into the hotel premises. Rooms were very large. Self contained kitchen and fresh water available. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Great for kids, water slide was great too but you needed to spend on a plastic tube or you'd get stuck. Stayed a week. Few things out of order such as lifts which seems to be a regular occurrence. But there weren't too many floors to have to walk up.

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. We love staying here because its great value for money, the staff are wonderful and we love the atmosphere. The rooms are terrific and we love that we have space to spread out. The pool area was great and we loved that the children's slide was there, it kept our two boys entertained. The staff are what makes this resort. They are friendly and always have a smile. The breakfast is reasonable and had a good variety. We also found food and drinks near the pool to be varied and a reasonable price. Thank you for another great stay.

We thought we were the only non-australians here and we loved it. This is hotel where 2-10year olds get rowdy and sleep well. Our 2-bedroom suite was simple, comfortable and all that we need. Restaurant was highly recommendable, but a bit slow if you order ala carte. Breakfast was simple, but the eggs and coffee were good. I recommend getting the coupons. They do so many simple things super well, including the crepe and waffle stand during the day and the gelato bar at night are awesome. Definitely good value for money on the food. Now, the pool options and water slide were above and beyond. My kids didn't want to leave. Good service pool side and also supervision. This is truly a paradise for 2-10 year olds. Only things that are a bit not so child friendly were the glass beer bottles everywhere pool side. Also, the railings on balcony and always are a bit low for modern times, but otherwise it is a beautifully maintained hotel. I was super upset with the Taxi Mafia that they have organized. Suggest that you get the bluebird app so that you can by-pass the fixed rate garbage. Even though you get a fixed rate car to the airport... they still make you pay out of pocked for the toll. The beach is ok and in a good location... but its to so cleanly maintained and the supervising staff were pushy or promoting some excursion business. I will probably be going back Felt like the only non-tattoo'd, non-australian there... but the family vibe was hard to resist.
