The location is great and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff were fabulous and the room was clean, comfortable and as described. We did have to move room due to excessive noise from a group of other travellers who repeatedly woke us early every morning, however the staff accommodated that with no issue. The Hotel itself in general could do with a bit of maintenance as it’s looking tired and dated in parts. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options, the three pools are all very good and the pool foam party was a great highlight. The nightly ‘pop-up’ Warung at the front of the Hotel had sensational Indonesian food at super cheap prices which we went to several times. Overall a pleasant stay which met our needs.

The room was clean in the new part. But we booked a sea view which was only possible over buildings. We overlooked a pool which was green and not open for 6 days of our holiday. Front pool was cold and other pool was very crowded and limited staff at bar. Breakfast was limited and we had to pay for cappuccino and lattes. Wouldn’t stay here again.
