The property amenities were great. The rooms were tired and worn. However, the exterior was beautiful and well-maintained. The resort combines hotel rooms and residential condominiums, making it a less "spring-break-like" vibe. We appreciated that and the fact that there is no swim-up bar.
Did not care for the “upsale” of hundreds of dollars to get “premium liquor” and better accommodations given that the property is supposed to be all inclusive.

This resort has the potential to be 5 Star or a 10 depending on grading. They just fall short in every category except for the staff. The staff gets a top rating. With the right leadership or assistance from the brand manager, the staff can bring the top scores home. I will watch for other reviews before I commit to coming back.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced at an all inclusive. The food was terrible - we both got sick. Customer service can be summed up in one word - apathetic. Other than some bright spots like Gerardo and Victoriano, we never felt welcomed - even at check in. And at check out no one asked about our stay. Even the area surrounding the hotel is not as clean or kept up at surrounding properties. This was our worst vacation in 20 years to all inclusives. I will aim to never stay in a Wyndham again. I feel duped by the four star level that RBC Avion had listed.
