Bon séjour mais soyez patients

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres et à notre arrivée (vers19-20h) une seule des deux chambres était prête. Selon l'hôte, ils n'ont pas reçu la notification du site internet alors que la réservation était faite depuis plusieurs semaines. Un autre couple arrivé le jour suivant a eu le même problème avec une chambre non prête. Heureusement, nous sommes venus en basse saison et il restait de la place. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres avec lit King size et nous avons eu 1 chambre avec un lit Queen et la suite avec un lit King car la chambre King qui nous était réservée était toujours occupée par les précédent clients qui ont décidé de rester plus longtemps. Propreté de l'hôtel correcte mais négligée dans le sens où certaines chambres de l'hôtel restent en désordre après le départ des clients. L'hôte a proposé de faire le ménage dans nos chambres pendant le séjour. La chambre était propre, rien à dire. La piscine est belle et le jardin très bien entretenu. On a eu de l'eau chaude dans les deux chambres et la suite disposait d'un petit frigo. Zone pas trop bruyante et idéalement placée. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble malgré l'absence d'organisation et de planification de l'hôte. Attention si vous venez en pleine saison

Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, el baño se tapó, el agua salía con lama verde, tardan un poco en recibirte en la entrada, es una casa con habitaciones adaptadas, está a una cuadra del parque, pero hay mejores opciones por el costo.

Céntrico.

Es más bien una casa con ampliación de recamaras muy pequeñas, pero finalmente cumple con el propósito, sin embargo se fue la luz la primer noche y fue terrible por el calor que hacía. Esta a una cuadra del parque central de Bacalar, por lo que todo queda cerca.
