I have been going to this hotel for years. Now all the rooms have been remodeled by Camino real and they look very nice. They still kept the Japanese style of the rooms and that was nice to see. The whole hotel is amazing, I overheard a Japanese man telling the concierge that nowadays it is difficult ...

Spectacular, well-tended grounds. Great food. They should have refrigerators in the rooms.

There is no drawers and an alarm clock at the room. The TV is ok You have to wait at the phone if you want to ask for a room service. The food is good. The breakfast included is just ok, and can be improved. The room key looses the magnetic info to get in to the room

Really nice and comfy, it was clean and comfortable, the location was good as well.
Excellent service, the rooms were very cozy and the views spectacular.
