Fantastic stay. Location, service, food, rooms, the total package. Cant recommend it enough. Having an on site bakery made a great place even more unique. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel is in a great location and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. We were amused that the neighbor had a red Ferrari in the driveway! It was nice to stay in a local neighborhood with more schoolkids and less tourists. Easy walk to Nijo Castle and the Imperial Palace garden.
