The exquisitely designed condo features modern furnishings and elegant mountain décor and it’s the perfect place to stay on your next ski vacation. A shuttle takes you directly to the lively surrounding village, and our guests enjoy village-to-village skiing between Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead Villages. Every morning, the shuttle will take you directly to the ski lifts, so you can hit the slopes early. If you’re joining us in the summer, bring your hiking boots – there are plenty of challenging trails that lead to unforgettable mountain vistas.

In the spacious condo, you’ll find 3 BEDROOMS, which each have a flexible configuration. Providing optimal flexibility, if you have a preference as to your bedding configuration, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Before you head out to the slopes, prepare for the day in our 2 BATHROOMS. We’ll provide you with a hairdryer and towels, and, for added convenience, our guests have access to a private washer and dryer in their condo.

After a day of skiing, retreat to our spacious LIVING AREA, which has a lovely open floor plan. Curl up beside the fireplace and warm your frozen toes, then turn on the TV and enjoy your favorite show. If you want to post photos of your vacation online, or need to connect with friends and family back home, take advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi. If you’re craving fresh mountain air, you can step out onto your balcony and enjoy the view.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, cook a meal in our KITCHEN, which features a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes. If you need some coffee to wake up in the morning, we’ve got you covered: our unit comes with a coffeemaker. You can enjoy all of your meals at our dining table, which seats 6.

There are a number of other amenities you’re sure to love when you stay at Settler’s Lodge, where our property is conveniently located. These include access to the hot tub and pool at the nearby Ritz Carlton, on-site ski storage, a 24-hour front desk, and a shuttle to downtown.

We’d recommend you bring a car to explore this beautiful area and indoor parking is available on-site for 1 car. A number of units are available for this listing, and while each unit is designed and decorated to the same luxurious standard, the decor, views, and layout may vary. If you need to stock up on groceries, there's a Walmart at 171 Yoder Ave, Avon. Don’t feel like cooking? For fine dining and mountain views, head up to the Grouse Mountain Grill. We’d also recommend splitting a bottle of wine on one of the patios at Vin48, if you’re staying in the summer. Lastly, you can add a fun, educational component to your trip by swinging by the Walking Mountains Science Center.
