it wasn't clearly mentioned during the booking that amenities for the mountain villas are shared with the main westin hotel property. it's a longer walk and not convenient with the multiple levels and multiple doors to get from one side to the other.

This property is fantastic ! it has a lot of convenient factors . A ski in-out gondola and ski rental store in the property. Excellent service all around.
Excellent hotel and villas, beautiful decor and very comfortable. You don't need a car when you are staying at Westin: you have a hotel shuttle which takes you to Vail and Beaver Creek resort. Hotel charges $30 a day for parking.
The Hotel and location are great but we were not told that pool and jacuzzis where closed until we got there. Since Ski season was almost over, the Gondola wasn't working either! Anyway, the Hotel, staff, comfort are great for the value!! Recommended 100% (just check all amenities are open by the time you will be there!)
This is an outstanding hotel, with equally outstanding service. We stayed in a Villa, which had a full-size refrigerator, a washer and dryer and stove. This was a huge help, as this was the second leg in an extended vacation and we were able to wash clothes. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The Westin is an incredible facility in a beautiful setting. As soon as you walk in the lobby, you know you are in for an amazing stay. While we waited to check in, we enjoyed lounging in front of the large fireplaces in the lobby area while enjoying happy hour drinks from the bar. The shrimp was fabulous as a happy hour app. Once we got checked in and into our room, the premium villa was spectacular. The villas are large, inviting, and clean. The infinity-style hot tubs were exhilherating. We didn't have time to use the health club, but did see it and concurred that it was absolutely top-notch. The walk along the river is very relaxing. Overall, The Westin is an amazing facility. I would highly recommend this resort for a perfect romantic weekend getaway in the mountains.
Beautiful resort and area with lots of wonderful things to do and see. Staff was very helpful. A very enjoyable stay and visit. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends and family!!!
Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous room and incredible views... loved every second!
The hotel itself was beautiful, in a great location in Avon, at the base of Beaver Creek. Stayed in a one bedroom villa, with a seperate living room and kitchen. Quiet and nice. Main problem was housekeeping. Supposed to clean entire villa everday and replace certain items as needed. Complained to staff about this, but never was fixed during stay. After speaking with manager about problem though, she was very sympathetic and apologized for inconvenience. Made sure I was happy when we left. Overall, very nice place to stay and relax.
Not there much, but excellent room, beautiful facility, didn't use any amenities at all, too busy.
