Impresionante, serena, casa rústica en el bosque cerca de Spring Green, Wisconsin

Construido en 1976, este hogar diseñado por Frank Lloyd Wright se encuentra ubicado en las colinas del valle del río Wisconsin en 30 acres de bosques de frondosas y praderas nativas restauradas. Sala de estar, comedor y cocina de planta abierta con altísimos techos de 18 pies, claraboyas y estufa de leña vintage. Everything was great! Very relaxing and the birds (and squirrels) loved the sunflower seeds.We did notice a few ants falling on the same spot on the bathroom sink during our stay. easy to deal with, but might be something to look at in the spring. The spot was in the front center of the counter, below the far right side of the skylight.Thanks again and Happy New Year!

What a perfect spot to unwind! We stayed here for a few days following our wedding, and it was the ideal escape to disconnect from all the chaos of wedding planning and daily life! We absolutely loved birdwatching in the mornings and our quiet evenings by the fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots, pans, and tools needed for homemade meals. Our two senior dogs had a fantastic time too, with lots of snoozing and watching the wildlife from the windows. We hope to stay again very soon! Thank you, Phyllis!

This was our second stay at the house. Everything was just as wonderful as our first stay. It’s impossible to feel stressed when you’re in this lovely house, surrounded by trees. Fortunately, it was cooler this trip so we were able to take advantage of the wonderful wood stove. Can’t wait til our next trip.

This is a special home, lovingly cared for, and we appreciate that we can enjoy the home, the surrounding wooded property, and the beautiful area.
