High above Avalon's harbor, the island has a way of quietly resetting you. The ferry wake disappears, the mainland drops away, and from this hillside position you're left with something most of California can't offer - open ocean light, a constant breeze off the water, and a front-row view over one of the most unhurried coastlines on the west coast. Summer on Catalina moves at its own pace, and this villa is built for exactly that.

The open living area is anchored by an indoor fireplace - more than a visual feature on evenings when the coastal air cools and the day finally unwinds. Large windows pull morning light deep into the space, and comfortable seating gives every guest room to genuinely settle in. The villa is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Two exterior security cameras are located on the property - one at the front door, one facing the patio toward the ocean - and are only activated if there is an issue.
