The space
The interior pairs warmth with craftsmanship in a way that feels anything but ordinary. Mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors run throughout, while imported 15th-century reclaimed limestone from Corsica adds a sense of history and texture underfoot. The open-concept layout keeps the space feeling generous and connected, with natural light drawing your eye toward the ocean at every turn.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is fitted with a Cariloha king mattress and quality bed linens, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploring. For groups of three or four, a king-sized sofa sleeper in the living area provides comfortable additional sleeping - accommodating up to 4 guests in total.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and toaster. A Keurig coffee maker stocked with Starbucks coffee capsules means mornings start well, and wine glasses, baking sheets, barbecue utensils, and a full suite of culinary tools are all on hand. Step out to the ocean-facing balcony for alfresco meals at the dining set, or keep it simple with a coffee and a view.

Outdoors
The balcony is the heart of this condo - a front-row seat to Catalina's coastline, furnished for lingering. The BBQ grill is fully equipped with charcoal, skewers, and utensils, making sunset cookouts effortless. A shared hot tub is also available on the property for unwinding after a day on the island.

Entertainment is covered with a Toshiba Smart TV with Alexa voice control. The washer, iron, clothing storage, hangers, ceiling fan, portable fans, and heating ensure practical comfort throughout your stay. Exterior security cameras are in place across the Hamilton Cove community, including at the front door and patio. Free parking and an EV charger are available on the premises. Our host Rimas, was very quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo furnishings were very nice quality. It felt like we were staying at a friends nice condo and not a worn down rental property. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property and will absolutely stay there again!

Staying at Hamilton Cove reminded us of our stay in Praiano Italy on the Amalfi Coast. Beautiful ocean views on the cliffs of the shore. Great getaway! The use of golf cart was a great bonus while on the island.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time to the island. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, the property was as described. The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.

The property was beautiful and the condo was decorated so cool. It had everything we needed. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The towels were soft and plentiful. Definitely recommend this condo for a couple. It was our 25th anniversary and the owner was very sweet to leave us a bottle of wine, thank you!

Epic Location

We stayed in the most beautiful villa. Well appointed with new furniture a lovely deck with BBQ over looking the Pacific Ocean. We are looking to book again and invite a couple more friends. Rimas was a great host and was available to answer any questions we had about the island, what to do for fun and the best restaurants.
