Great stay

Went for a short period of time. Great location for the area that we were in and easy check in process. We also loved the outdoor area for our dogs to enjoy as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Bouldin Bliss

Staying in this Bouldin cottage was a delight. The house was immaculate. The neighborhood is full of old Austin charm meets gorgeous modern architecture. There is a little park and creek side trail across the street perfect for dog walking. The house was really quiet, beds comfy, kitchen well equipped. I hope to stay there again soon.

Was exactly as they depicted. Great walkable area. Inviting house and great for young ones.

We were in town visiting friends. They catered to our 18th month old and even supplied a high chair, clean and new. Beds and couch were comfortable. Good pillows. Quiet neighborhood with walkable attractions. Ate Pulvos fajitas on the front patio and waved at the neighbors walking by. Had streaming access and a sufficient TV. Good AC. Communicated sufficiently on all fronts.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We were able to walk to South Congress, a short LIFT to West 6th Street, short LIFT to Rainey Street, a day trip to the Texas Hill Country, and a day trip to San Antonio. A good walk to the South Congress bridge to watch the bats fly out. Easy to find, and neighborhood was safe and easy in and out.

Great getaway

Quiet, cozy retreat.

We loved our recent stay. The home is in a quiet, charming neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to neighborhood markets, shops, and food trailers/trucks. For further jaunts, we called on a Lyft, which was never more than four minutes away. The house was clean, and includes a washer/dryer. The kitchen came with all the amenities, including coffee, tea, and condiments in the fridge. We will be back to sample more of the food and music in Austin!

Wonderful charming home with an amazing host!

This home was wonderful! Carol was just amazing to work with from start to finish and even took the time to help me surprise my hubby for his 40th with this stay. Wonderful accomodations. Flawless home and location!

The second I opened the front door, I knew we had selected the right property. The place was spotless and had the most gorgeous hardwood floors. The decor was modern and simplistic and the updates to the house were impressive. The backyard was perfect for our spoiled dog, as was the park directly across from the house. We were able to walk to everything in the SoCo district. Such a fun time in Austin with a quaint place to rest our weary heads at night.

Super cute house, Fantastic Location

This location has everything you need for a stay in Austin. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, the electronics all worked well, water pressure in the shower was good and all in a well decorated and super clean package. The owner truly has anticipated all needs and even accommodated a couple that weren't standard (as we were traveling with our baby). The neighborhood is quiet yet is very close (walkable) to a lot of things (food, entertainment, etc.). I plan to stay here again if/when we return. Thanks again, Carole!

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 during ACL. Carole & Kerry we wonderful hosts and very accommodating. From the early checkin to the treats on our arrival we really couldn't have asked for anything more! We also loved the area and the ability to walk to 1st Street, South Congress and Barton Springs (or take a very short drive to get closer to where we wanted to go).

Wonderful place to stay

This wonderful house made our vacation stay in Austin very memorable. It is a home that makes one immediately comfortable and relaxed. The attention to detail was apparent throughout the home. Carole and her husband made sure we had settled in without any problems and made themselves available in the event an issue arose. The location is excellent and makes many of Austins' atttactions quite walkable. Overall, it was a great experience and, when we return to Austin, we will be staying here again.

Great little get-away!

We are a family of four, with two boys ages 2 and 4. We requested this property with about 48 hours notice and received responses from the owner in a timely fashion in spite! Carole was very helpful with things to do in the area with the family. We were so close to everything in Austin. Our favorite was Zilker park and Barton Springs which was about 1 mile away. The home was fully furnished and very CLEAN! The only thing was, the back yard had not been cleaned up. There had been storms from hurricane Harvey and the yard guys had not come as they had promised. I text the owner about it and she apologized. We still enjoyed the backyard space after doing some pick up. Yoga, breakfast and watching the boys play in the morning...it was a perfect space. We would rent again! Thank you Carole and Kerry!

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved staying at your property! It was a clean and cozy place to relax after spending a few HOT days with our family. We felt right at home and had everything we needed during our stay. I have to say, the location couldn't have been better! We were close to all of the things that Austin is famous for; the bat tours, food trucks, music venues, tons of restaurants and parks. Just perfect!

My family of 3 stayed in this house for a couple days and I just can't say enough about it. The location could not have been better. We enjoyed walking to the nearby food trucks. There wasn't one thing that the house didn't have that we needed. The owners were a pleasure to work with and they thought of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this rental and if we are ever back in Austin, I will definitely rent this house again!

Excellent house on perfect location

This little blue house is perfect for an extended stay in or weekend getaway to Austin. The house was clean and had all the amenities our family could want. The outdoor spaces are an added bonus and the pocket park across the street is fun for the kids.
