Fantastic stay in Austin

The stay at Wild Basin was perfect for our group. The home was very clean, the host communication was very thorough, the checkin was seamless and the house had everything we would need. The location is fantastic - a quick trip to downtown Austin, but very peaceful and quiet. The property is very unique with so many activities to keep us entertained. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Home

This house absolutely exceeded our expectations with a large family group!! The house had lots of space for everyone to spread out in and the pool and outdoor area made for a great "hang out" place. I would 100% recommend this property, and Jake was extremely responsive to our needs!

Amazing Property!

The property is absolutely amazing and the pictures do not do it justice! We fully utilized the outdoor area from the pool to the basketball/pickleball court. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated. The property manager, Jake Warren, was the BEST! He was very responsive and provided the best local coffee!

Great location

Had a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful and was a perfect staycation. It is secluded in the hills and with plenty of space and things to do at the property it was great for everyone from kids to adults. Jake was great at communicating and getting back to us with any questions. Overall great stay and would come back again!

Perfect Austin Getaway

We loved this house. Not only was it beautiful and looked exactly as listed, it was in the perfect location. We were close enough to downtown but the house itself felt secluded and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Great spot!

Had an awesome time at this property. It was exactly like the pictures and perfect for a group of 14 guys. Great indoor space and so much to do outside. Pool was amazing. East Uber to Lake Travis or downtown Austin. Would highly recommend.

FANTASTIC House

Had my bachelor party in Austin and stayed here with about 15 other friends. It was absolutely killer, better than I expected. The house was great, all the amenities needed were there, and the layout/design was perfect. There are two lounge chairs out on a walkway by themselves that are perfectly positioned to look at the sunset over the ridge when it's getting dark, such a smart design. Jake was great and super helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

Lots of fun

The house is great with a lot of fun stuff to do. We played a lot of pickle ball and shuffle board and enjoyed the pool immensely. The rooms and nice and beds are comfortable. Appreciated the bathroom supplies. Not too far into Austin and enjoyed being up in the trees. The only difficulty we had was with communication for check in. No information to check in was provided until 30 minutes before on the day of check in. I hadn’t been able to reach the manager by phone or email all day leaving us unsure if we even could get in. Eventually we got it worked out and communication was great from that point on.

UNREAL HOUSE

This house is better than the picture! I hosted my bachelor party here, and we had the best time. The house is in a great location easy to get to downtown Austin, with a gorgeous pool and an awesome basketball court. It comfortably fit my 11 friends and Jake was super responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend this house for any of your future events! If you plan on doing a bachelor party in Austin look no further than here!

Fantastic Stay, Amazing Home

Wild Basin is incredible. The home is beautiful and well-appointed. I don't think the pictures in the listing capture how unique the property is; it's really wonderful, especially for a large group and those that like to cook. The property manager, Jake, was very responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to booking the home again for a future trip.

Wonderful Spring Break trip

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ledge at Wild Basin. The property was clean and well maintained. There was more than enough room for everyone. The highlight of the trip was the pickleball court, which we used the entire time. Thank you, Jake!

The house was fabulous!

No one wanted to leave the property because it had everything! Both the indoor and outdoor space were great for a group our size and the location in the hills was peaceful and beautiful. Outdoors we made use of both the pool and pickle ball court and inside we enjoyed the open living areas as well as the large and comfortable beds. Jake was also very responsive to our questions. The house made our trip!

Amazing home, location and spacious!

This house was everything we could've wanted and more for a group of 14 girls. It perfectly fit all of us, with lots of space to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The house is even more stunning in person and the property is huge. The home was very clean and came with several great amenities. The location is also perfect, you feel secluded but a short car ride away to all the hot spots. Our host Jake was also great at communicating. I would stay here again!

Very Impressive Property

We had high expectations for our stay after corresponding with Jake, who was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the process, and we were not disappointed in any respect. The property’s hillside location creates many separate outdoor venues and gathering areas, providing a variety of options for activities and peaceful relaxation. The treed landscape complements unobstructed vistas in a way that captures a true Austin experience. The setting is pleasantly remote but the relatively close-in location allows easy access to the commercial attractions of Austin. The house has all the modern features and was in immaculate condition. The kitchen is especially well-equipped and stocked - we prepared several large meals and found everything needed for stove-top and oven cooking. The plentiful flatware, dinnerware, and stemware were well-suited to this exclusive property and would definitely support high-end events and hosted gatherings. We did not use the pool, so cannot comment on it other than to say that the ability to control the color scheme of the underwater lighting was a nice touch in creating the evening atmosphere on the patio. Just an FYI - the architecture of the house follows the steep hillside location, so enjoying all the indoor and outdoor features of the property means using steps and stairs frequently. Overall, The Ledge at Wild Basin checked all the boxes for us. We were sorry to see our scheduled time there come to an end and will definitely look for another time for a return visit.

My partner and I through a company Christmas party here

The house was perfect for our Christmas party. We had a chef in the kitchen and a dj on the pool deck. It was really cool seeing how everyone was naturally spread out. The outdoor patio is great and the pool is heated. The sports court was a hot item and it’s well lit for late night gaming. This place has such a good vibe and is comfortable inside and out. Highly recommended
