A lot of bed bugs on the bed. Bitten by bed bugs and unable to sleep well.

Scary , never seen any hotel like this before, but the mexican restaurant in front is the best .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Blood on toilet and no one to clean it.... blood on the covers and no one to change it.... toilet clogged and had to move to a smaller room with no towels!!!....ended up with a refund and a half!!!!....PITIFUL!!

This was the shadiest place I've ever stayed. People pounding on doors all night, creepy people just hanging out on the parking lot for hours, rust in the shower and blankets that have not been washed in a while. This is not a place I would visit again.

There was a cockroach walking on the bed. It was a traumatic stay. I was tired and switched the beds in the middle of the night, but i don't recommend staying there.

No problems with the staff, but with the quality of the rooms. Sheets had cigarette burns. Room was stuffy and smelled like smoke.

The hotel was very nice for such a great price. The front desk staff could of been a little better during check-in. But over all we had a great time!

Room reeked of smoke, area not the best, skip this place and pay a little more for a better room. Also, you can only get into the parking lot from the north side as the road in front is a one way.

Well we noticed blood on the bathroom walls and the ac wasnt working with busted up vents inside. The first a health hazard and the second a safety hazard to my 2yo. I brought both immediately to the attention of the male manager on duty the morning of 03/04. He jumped to have the room cleaned and had a new air conditioner installed. We were assured that this was not acceptable and would not happen again. Day 3- my 2yo spilled potato chips and I asked for a broom from house keeping... they said no they would get it when they cleaned the room. Day 4- 6 Chips remained as we left them to make a point. No house keeping. No clean towels. No trash take out. No service of any kind. If we want it we have to do it ourselves. Overall opinion: While the daytime manager is nice, he isn't the owner nor the general manager. When we brought this to his attention at the end of our stay he apologized. However room service is something I pay for with my hotel stay and I do expect to get it. I think housekeeping needs to be better trained. I think rooms need to be checked for safety hazards. I think the $400 I spent could have been better spent at another hotel for the nights/6 days stay even if I had to pay a little extra. I will not be wasting my money at this chain again and would lover to hear the GM or independent owners opinion of our stay.

The motel was in a questionable location. One bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The other bed had cigarette ash IN it. The room I reserved was non-smoking. The room wasn't clean. The fridge made noises all night. The bed was so uncomfortable I got a total of 6 hours of sleep over the course of 3 nights. The soap smelled terrible (how is that even possible?)

Looks a lot better in pictures than it does in person. We just needed a place to shower and sleep for a few nights as we would be out and about during most of the day- it did the job and was cheap. I wouldn't expect anything fancy. And I would recommend bringing your own sheets, pillows, and towel as those looked dirty. Safety- Pretty sure there was drug deals going on right outside our room on Saturday night. It is not the safest hotel so if you are staying alone, I wouldn't recommend it. Service- there is only one lady working the front desk. Every time we went to the office, there seemed to be 2-3 people/families having issues with payment/credit cards.

Nasty hotel. Roaches inside rooms, Dog excrement outside. Forgot some clothes and never got back.

Initially I was checked into a room with unmade beds but was given a king size bed mini-suite as a result and loved it.

the staffs are great and helpful. The location is great with access to the interstate.

Terrible did not even stay in the hotel super ghetto, pretty sure drug deals were going on.

Lots of sketchy characters staying (living?) in the hotel. Lots of late-night congregating, drinking and trash left behind. I'd never bring my family to this place.

I suppose I expected more. I've had really good luck with the Red Roof Inn name, in the past. This one wasn't that nice. Wasn't horrible, but could have been cleaner. Not much attention paid to detail. A but of a rough clientele hanging about. Over all it was ok. I got in late and went straight to sleep, then left early the next morning. Had I needed to spend much time there I probably would have been more disappointed. But to grab a quick shower and a place to sleep, it was fine.

I booked a room for 4 days and I ended up sleeping into 3 different rooms at different point in time due to insect (bed bugs or lice). I don't think I want to repeat this type of experience again.

I loved it , very quite and very clean and everyone was helpful.
