A front desk associate was less-than-helpful one day. We had two hotel room reservations for several days (26th thru 29th). One day as we were driving back to the hotel, one of our children accidentally spilled soda water (pressure from bottle spewed) all over himself as well as all throughout the inside of our rental car. Coming into the hotel lobby, we politely asked the associate for a towel or two to clean him up. He gave us a box of tissue. I showed him the amount of soda water that was all over my son, and politely asked again for some wet towels. He didn't seem to want to help at all, and retorted with, "We do not have any towels." I said, well this is a hotel, so I know you have towels...again, I asked politely for a cleaning towel for my soaked son, as well as soaked car. He relented and gave us a dry towel, but only after grimacing. I then re-asked if we could wet it in some water to clean things up, and no kidding he said, "We do not have water." I then, in a very polite manner, said "Are you sure? I mean, our hotel rooms have running water." He insisted that he did not have any running water to assist in our messy issue. We ourselves took matters into our own hands and found the lobby bathrooms and got the towel wet, washed off my son, and washed the interior seat.
To reaffirm, your associate is a reflection of Comfort Suites. He certainly did NOT reflect care, concern, hospitality, nor was amicable to the minor problem-solving dilemma of assisting guests.
