Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks.

Open the blackout shades to feel suspended among the trees and watch Monk parakeets and other birds. Organic mattress, butcher block countertops, spacious shower. The apartment is above our 2-car garage, and while it makes great use of space, it is tight for 3 or 4 guests. 2G Google Fiber Wi-Fi.

You are welcome to use the pool if the main house is not rented. The house tends to rent only on weekends during the high seasons.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Very affordable, and very cute. Parking was easy, you may have difficulties if you have a big truck (it’s a narrow alley). Entry and check-in instructions were great. Communication was great. Very clean and perfect for 2 ladies on a quick girls trip. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Austin. Overall amazing, definitely would stay again.

Thee property owner was very communicative. The loft style apartment was clean, fully stocked for showers and kitchen supplies. The bed was firm and comfortable, with down pillows, a comforter, and soft sheets. I didn't have an opportunity to try the pool, but it was presented very well. Easy access for ride shares.The shower...oh man...the shower was amazing. Glass enclosed, tile walk-in, multiple setting shower head, organic soaps, seating, good water pressure.
