Not very easy to get to. Exterior was under construction

Property was ok , staff friendly our room location was horrible , first floor near the elevator, you could hear everyone coming an going

The bed was wonderful, room was wonderful. Big walk-in shower. The only down side was the baseball team staying there. It was about 9 pm and a group of preteen boys descended on the pool. Going in the gym soaking wet, cannon balls regardless of other guests. Not really the hotels fault (cough cough PARENTS), but something could have been said by staff. We went back to our room and we couldn't hear a thing once in the room so that was good.

Very clean, could just use better lighting especially in the bathroom. .

This hotel was great considering I didn’t spend much time in it. The time I spent, however, was comfortable. The fitness center and pool was lacking, it would have been nice to have a few more options for exercise. Also, not all rooms came with a microwave…for the price I paid, I would expect a microwave. I asked for one, and they said that only some rooms have one, and maintenance don’t have extras on hand, but they would see what they can do. I left for the day, and came back to a microwave. I was not disappointed with the staff, they were on the ball. Just an odd set up. Also one night there was a small tailgate party with 5-6 large men drinking, and whenever I’m with my sisters, we (they) tend to get hit on, and I just didn’t want to deal with that…so I asked the front desk (a very nice man) to provide security or valet my car to avoid walking past them, and he gave us a way around the tailgaters. So awesome. Great staff, so friendly and helpful! Now, the shower head was super confusing! Very easy to get the water too hot or cold… I would highly recommend they fix that. One elevator was sketchy…very bumpy and noisy while moving. I loved the hot breakfast, however, on two of the four mornings I was there, I had to eat hardboiled eggs for protein rather than the hot eggs because they mixed meat into them. I wish they stuck to vegetarian/vegan hot eggs every morning, or at least had the option.

We were disappointed with the cleaning of our room second day. No new wash cloths, coffee filters or the ice bag was still full of water. I left a necklace there and they could not find it. Someone took it and did not turn it into the office. Not trustworthy staff. Thanks

Right before we left we noticed blood (not ours) on the sheets. Disgusting. We will never stay there or at another Hampton again.

It was OK staff was very pleasant hot breakfast is ok housekeeping forgot morning coffee cups 1 day

Room was very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was great. My only complaint was the eggs at the complimentary breakfast.

Good personal trip. Hotel is convenient and comfortable.

I booked a suite with two double beds and only received one bed...for two adults and three teenagers. When I spoke to the front desk they said because I booked through a third party, the reservation was specific enough about the room type even though it clearly stated on my receipt suite, 2 queen beds. To top it off, the toilet wouldn't flush so my husband had to fix it. Very disappointing stay. :(

Everything else was okay, though I don't feel it was a good value, but the bed/bedding/pillow was terrible. The beds (dual queen) felt very delicate. Every slight movement my wife or I made would shake the whole bed and bother each other. The sheets were good, but the comforter was ridiculously heavy so we had to toss it on the floor. The pillows had no density at all and you nearly suffocate if lying on your side or stomach (which we both prefer). I ended up putting my arm under the pillow so my head would have more support.

I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a spa and pool. Since I have knee issues and was attending a training which was intensely physical, when I started looking for the hot tub they didn't have one, so I attempted pool therapy, but the pool was extremely small and overrun by children whose parents weren't watching so they were pretty much running wild. I ended up leaving without tending to my knee, which made the next day really rough.

I don't had opportunity of use all amenities, but the localization is very great and the service is very good. I recommend this hotel.

It was was nice clean inexpensive hotel better then a BASE hotel, very comfortable and very aminable

The stay was good overall. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was great and had a fragrance smell to it which seemed great at first. But as the night progressed I realized what it was. There was a pet in the room before as we could smell the pet urine (probably had an accident as we saw a wet spot that was cleaned and therefor the fragrance). But once the fragrance wore off we could clearly smell a strong pet odor. I notified the staff in the morning and they were very nice to switch me to a new room immediately on the same floor. Overall everything else was great. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and well maintained facility.

Close to Round Rock Donuts and the Dell Diamond. Hampton Inn had a great fitness center, and good variety for the continental breakfast.

I've stayed in many austin hotels and this is by far the best yet. The hotel is very clean with very nice and helpful employees, a nice pool, excellent (small) workout room, quiet, and very comfortable beds and pillows!

The front desk personnel were very friendly, bathrooms had large walk in showers. Lobby and free breakfast were nice.
