Well, when we arrived at 3:00PM the line was 5 people deep and they couldn’t confirm a room. The staff was working so hard to coordinate with the maids and at some point let to clean the rooms themselves. Took our name and number to call us when they were ready. We went to eat and returned at 7:00PM. That’s when they couldn’t assure us we had a room. They canceled the rooms and we had to find another room in Augusta GA during the Masters. Hard to understand how they couldn’t have enough staff to get the rooms ready by check in time.
Infested with cockroaches, mold in shower, general disrepair, found a hair in the refrigerator, poor water pressure, need I go on
Pig style, Non smoking room had cigarette burn holes on bedspread. Dirt on floor. Cockroaches. Smoke detector missing. Knife stabs holes on door.
They had roaches, unclean sheets, phone didn't work just just uncomfortable
