We had an amazing breakfast due to the fact that we had red headed Laura making us feel so welcomed!! She was so helpful and friendly that it made my family's day!! Also Mrs Katy as our waitress was so nice and friendly as well! Definitely recommend requesting these ladies! They deserve a raise!!! The face of the Hilton!
No free breakfast; $12 pp. carpets dirty. No hair dryer. Bed not very comfortable. Location is near a lot of restaurants & stores. Not great value...........staff ok but not worthy of $100+ nights stay.
Never have I received such excellent service as we experienced this past weekend from the hostess (Laura) at the restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn in Augusta Ga. Made us feel as if we were very welcomed & right at home .If the management at the Hilton had any sense ,they would make this hostess by the name of Laura ,the head of customer relations and give her the responsibility of teaching all of the employees at the Hilton chain of Companies ,how to just be. Thank you very much 4 making us feel so welcomed & at home . Continued success always. Arieh Barkat From the Montarbo group who arrived on the 3rd. Of Nov. 2017
First off for what they charge for a room there was no free continental breakfast, charge $12. The dial a comfort mattress are uncomfortable, our refrigerator wasn't working. Was hot when we arrived and still warm the next day. The WiFi was spotty at best, call there provider and was told they would have it taken care of in 3 days to a week. I'm only staying 2 nights, why anyone would choose AT&T over com cast I'll never know. AT&T is Super spotty and slow(14mbps) or Comcast(85mbps and that's off the free hot spot in the area) very reliable and fast. AC struggled to keep the room cool, shower head was flopping around in the wall and the TV was quite small. One would think with it being a Hilton it would be exemplary. Then I get woke up to them saying there's no water till 4pm. Personally I wish I had just stayed at the HoJo, La Quinta or Motel 8. Would've been a more pleasurable stay and cheaper. I will say the receptionist on night shift was the only bright spot in what was a remarkably dull experience. Very nice and helpful.
It was a ok place for the location but stay at the sheraton instead. The sheraton is the same cost, better lunch food and much better staff. but the waitresses in the bar area was very nice. greeted me everytime.
We were there to attend a wedding that I was a part of. The entire wedding party and guest stayed at this particular hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, very accommodating and displayed exploratory customer service.
We arrived a little early for check-in and with a little searching the receptionist found a room that was ready. The room was clean and the AC was working overtime, like a morgue. The drapes would not close, and facing the interstate side, there was plenty of light at all hours of the night. Bed was comfortable enough, but my wife did not like the pillows.
Friendly hotel staff, nice clean spacious rooms. I booked joining rooms.. for me & my parents when I got there we had rooms on Seperate floors. Everything was sold out! This was a major inconvenience.
I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Staff were knowledgeable, Hotel was clean and the food was great. Location was surperb for shopping and places of intress.
