Very clean and tidy, quiet, warm. Is an older building which adds to the home feeling. Rather than feeling old it feels cosy and inviting, the way a B & B should be. The breakfast is very good. Full continental and a set menu hot breakfast too. No complaints from me about the food! The breakfast has a relaxed feel, a good start to my day. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Will be back to stay when I next come to Auckland.
