Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Unreliable Confirmation

They over booked and we were left with no room in the downtown area. We booked a room in November so pretty far in advance for February. We were offered a room in Smokey Mountain but it was too far. The subway didn't even go that far. Thanks to customer service rep at Hotels.com who found us a alternative room right away.
