The hotel is run and operated by a family of Indians. They half- clean the rooms, including failing to fully remove all the bed linen from guest after they stay. The trash cans are never cleaned out, including the ones in the hallway. They will over charge you, so pay close attention to your bill, especially for incidentals. They one guy at night short wears glasses, Indian guy told me he was the manager, and he was the one over charging me. They have elder staff doing chores around the hotel, that are half done. The laundry room is never cleaned, you must do it yourself.
The location is good, the staff Crooks. They over charged me $250.00 for incidentals, which is false, i later learned that instead of having the incidentals pending they did a hard charge, thus over charging me. Be careful staying here, the place looks ok but a closer look you will see the mold, dirt, cracks, stains, burn holes in the bedding, the trash cans are flighty they never clean them. It is Indian ran and operated. The towels are dingy and thin, the carpet stinks, keep the a/c/ on full blast, the doors in some rooms do not close fully close you can see through the crack. They offer breakfast but, I would not suggest it, they have roaches. I saw two baby roaches when they give me a first-floor room. The laundry room is never cleaned by staff, you have to clean it yourself, the ice from the new ice machine has a wired taste, like it needs a filter or something. the staff half clean the rooms. Check your credit card statements very closely, I pre-paid my stay through third party and they still over charged me.

I wouldn’t stay there again. There is a boarded up strip mall in front of it. Room smelled musty. The carpet in room I wouldn’t walk barefoot on. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had nothing . It was the saddest breakfast in all my travels.
Do not use this property. Horrible customer service! Bed bugs!!!! BED BUGS EVERYWHERE.
We first hesitated making a reservation there due to some bad reviews, but decided to give it a chance and it turned to be a good stay. we didn't face any issue. hotel is safe and clean in a nice area. I would recommend it.

I had a few problems with the keycard but other then that it was cool.
Everything was great with the room, the pool, the bed, ext..but... we had the king suite that should of had a queen sofa bed and it was only a full. If you are planning on using the queen sofa bed, just call and make sure that you have a room with an actual Queen one. I ended up with a kid in bed with me.. lol
Had to ask for a mattress cover for the couch pull out and waa told they didnt have one but then was given one. Why is there no matteress cover to begin with? The wash cloths had stains on them like they were used. Rules clearly state allowed up to 4 guest and was asked why we had 4 people in the room in which i paid fpr a 2 double bed room. The gentleman was friendly at first when checked in but was rude to my other guest.
This hotel was kept very clean! The remodel was beautiful. The only negitive experience was when we try to extend our stay we got some attitude from the staff.
The hotel was clean and nice looking. Our room was fairly clean excepr for the bathroom, my wife had to clean out the tub, and clean the toilet before she was able to use it, and the girl that was working the front desk, didnt seem to care alot that we had to do that. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, the mini fridge worked well, and the air-conditioning was really nice. The bed wad comfortable, but not as much as similarly priced hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was very meager, a few cereals, a small variety of mini pastries, tiny bagles, and some bread slices. Nowadays hotels of this calibre have a very nice hot breakfast with breakfast meats, potatoes and eggs, in addition to breads and pastries. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the hotel staff was friendly, and accommodating, its in a quiet part of North Atlanta, and its very close to tons of businesses, and the North Point Mall is right around the corner and there is a Waffle House in the adjacent parking lot. I'd probably stay here again if I needed to be in the Alpharetta area for whatever reason, but I would demand a new room if they weren't willing to make sure the room i was given was totally clean, so MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ROOM VERY FIRST.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience. It is totally unacceptable that our hotel have Bed bugs! If you can plz provide your full name and date of your stay. We will have our pest control come and inspect. Which our pest control is inspecting our hotel on regular basis and there has been no evidence ANY KIND OF BUGS! So it appear to be untrue that there are bed bugs in this hotel. Furthermore, if the bugs were everywhere, you have not reported to the hotel front desk during your stay. It could have been easily taken care of during your stay and hotel staff could have also witnessed the bugs in the room while your were here. Again, thank you!
