Peaceful and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath basement with a kitchennte and washer and dryer, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located minutes from hwy 78 & I-85, I 20 mins from the Infinity Gwinnett Arena.The house is one of three units but totally private from other units with private entry.



"Warming."We have a steep driveway so consider booking this if you have elderly or young kids"

Note : We have a small "table top Oven ONLY". Oven on the range is not "Functional"



The Space:

We have 1 bedroom and 1 bath. We also have 1 huge 70" t We also provide a stackable washer and dryer especially for long term guests. Please be reminded this is an entirely separate basement apartment with private entry and Guests will stay on the top level as well as another apartment next door.

At the moment we have 1 parking pad for this unit. You must park a 2nd car off the street.

Mediocre at best

This place was very mediocre. The fridge (and in particular, the freezer) was not very clean. The smell was a combination of stale + cleaning supplies. Parking area was adjacent to the garbage bins and surrounded with trash. The "bedroom" is essentially a large closet with a bed -- there are no outlets, no ventilation. The unit only had two towels for my party of 4, though the host provided more on the day we requested them. The walls between our unit and the adjacent one are very thin. One night, the party staying next to us kept us up past midnight with loud TV and conversation. Future guests should keep in mind that this is a basement unit -- I suspect the hosts work hard at bug control, but there's no getting around the fact that you'll have creepy crawlers -- we had several.
